Diving Deep

DIVING DEEP

Breaching natures threshold,
Pillaging her ground
Killing her children
And planting things afoul.
No abortion can rid
Her body of our plunder,
We have sunk in deep
And keep entering for more.

Submissive, she is not,
Do not mistake peaceful days
As permission.
She is tumultuous and vicious,
Alone she shall reign
Over her diverse terrain.
We keep breaking in for more,
But she had teeth that skin in deep,
And defenses that will leave you better off for dead.

A dive into the depths
Of crashing waves,
Pushed into the caverns
With creatures that do not weep
Man doesn't reign here
There are somethings it cannot scare.
