 sKYE'S POV

*Note: Skye is a character of MsSkyeEnder, I think that's the name. All credits to her. Except the writing. That's mine.

I found myself a good hide for a night. (Btw, that's really hard to do in the Nether), a crevice in some glowstone. Although it may be hard to sleep, no one would suspect me to be here, and it was the perfect place to snipe Herobrine. After all, this was revenge for what he'd done to my foster parents.

"Arrow, bow, check. Water and provisions, check. Perfect place to snipe Herobrine, check." I muttered as I continued down the list. The only thing I hadn't checked off was to find out who the new daughter of Herobrine was. Apparently, news said that a new girl in a creeper hoodie was claiming to be Herobrine's daughter.

Although it may seem very unlikely, I thought that she might actually be the prophesized. A while ago, while I was dreaming, I heard a voice and it uttered a prophecy to me.

Child of Ender, become the message

To become a message while within the revenge lurks

Child of Brine, withhold the shrine

To save us all, to live or die

Accomplice within, a shadow foreseen

What becomes the thread that sows the four.

Last, a mystery awaits, a girl of thirteen

Who may be the one, to lead to victory

At first, it hadn't meant much to me, but now I could see the prophecy taking shape. I was the child of Ender, and I think the new child of Herobrine might very well be the one in the prophecy. As for the other two, I didn't have a clue of who they may be, but I was afraid. Afraid of what might happen.

I snacked on the two pieces of bread I had and a sip of my water. A light meal and then the real fun would come. Killing Herobrine. Ever since my parents died, it had been my goal to destroy him once and for all, and I made myself the perfect arrow that would prevent Herobrine from respawning. Forever.

It looked like a very glitch arrow, with numbers and letters swirling around it. It could never break, and made a loud, keening noise as it flew through the air. It would be to my satisfaction when it sailed through Herobrine's heart.

A loud thump echoed through the crevice and disturbed my thoughts. I carefully looked around before sneaking deeper into the crevice, just to be on the safe side. A ghast or blaze could reach Herobrine in a few minutes, and soon, a whole execution search would be on. I snuggled into my air mattress and closed my eyes, falling into the dream world.

~

A rooster crowed as I woke up so suddenly. Wait, there were actually roosters in the Nether? Who knew. As I packed my stuff, I checked to make sure the glitch arrow was still there. Luckily, it hadn't fell into any gaping holes in the ground.

I crept out of the glowstone and looked into Herobrine's window pane. I could see him yawning and stretching his arms. It was the perfect time to shoot him, no one would know. I pulled my silver bow out of my backpack and slung the arrow on the string. I pulled back and let it go, and for the first time, I actually felt confident about my aim. (Katniss moment here guys)

Unfortunately, I was wrong. The arrow did pierce the glass, but it stopped short of Herobrine and his white eyes found me. I quickly ran as fast as I could. I could hear him shouting to nearby pigmen, and I knew my life was at stake.

I placed eight obsidian into a portal shape and lit it with flint and steel. The portal lit, and just as a ghast spat a fireball toward the portal, I jumped in. The portal crumbled behind me, and I knew there was no way they could get in now.

Brushing off the obsidian shards, I continued throught the birchwood forest. As I continued my way through the forest, I heard a flapping noise. I knew it couldn't be a bat. Bats never came out during the day.

She stood in a regal way, her wings outstretched. Speaking of wings, they were like angel wings, the white ones you'd see on an angel. That was pretty explanatory, but her messy brown hair didn't match her regal pose. Her blue converse shoes matched well with black jeans and a blood-red t-shirt.

"Hey, what's you name?" she asked, her ice-blue eyes flickering.

"I'm uh, Skye." I said, looking at her uncertainly. She looked like someone who was ready to pound someone's face into the ground. I reached a finger out for her wings and she jerked back suddenly.

"Kid, you are never going to touch my wings. Ever. You got that?" she growled. "You want to know why?"

She glanced at a tree, closed her eyes, and unfurled her wings. They struck the tree like darts, sticking with deadly accuracy. When I looked closer, I could see the wings sticking in jagged point, the sun glinting off them.

"Come on. Let's go to my house." she muttered, and I followed behind.
