Different Worlds pt II (sequel to Different Worlds) {ON HOLD}

Arriving on the battlefield

Third person pov

Sayomi was still with Naruto when Sasuke suddenly jumped in front of them. "S-Sasuke-kun?" Sakura questioned, while Sayomi's eyes just widened in surprise.

All the other rookies went there as well, looking at Sasuke. "Sasuke, what are you doing here?" Sayomi asked.

"I've decided to protect Konoha. When this war is over, I'll... become Hokage." Sasuke stated, pausing to create a dramatic effect.

"What?!" Kiba exclaimed.

Suddenly, someone appeared next to him, out of paper. She wacked the back of Sasuke's head. "No need for the flashy appearance, Sayumi." Sasuke said.

"Like yours wasn't flashy at all." Sayumi said sarcastically. "At least I didn't say anything stupid afterwards."

"Isn't that..." Ino started.

"The one and only." Sayumi said before she looked at Sayomi and smiled lightly. "It's great to see you again, Sayomi nee-chan."

"H-How?" Sakura asked.

"None of your business. Not that it matters anyway." Sayumi replied. "What matters right noe is beating that thing."

"How can we know sure you're on our side?" Sakura asked, as always wary of Sayumi.

"If I wasn't on your side, I would have killed you already." Sayumi replied.

With some explaining from Sayomi, Sakura finally trusted Sayumi a bit, enough to let her fight alongside them. Well, not that her opinion mattered to Sayumi in the first place.

The original team 7 all stood next to each other, ready to fight the Juubi. Next to them was Sayumi, standing next to Sayomi.

The Juubi was sending creatures to everyone who was fighting, protecting itself from being hit. "We need to get to the real Juubi." Sayomi stated.

The rest nodded. "Summoning jutsu!" Sayomi, Sasuke, Sakura and Naruto cried out at the same time. Naruto summoned Gamakichi, Sakura summoned Katsuyu, Sasuke summoned Aoda and Sayomi summoned Akira.

Sayomi offered Sayumi to get on Akira's back as well, which she accepted. Akira's eyes widened when he noticed Kiyomi, smiling proudly. "What's going on?" Akira asked.

"We're going to fight the Juubi." Sayomi replied. "Are you ready?"

"I'm always ready, Sayomi-chan!" Akira chirped before flying towards the Juubi. They arrived at the same time as Naruto and Sasuke, who were already attacking it.

They attacked as well, but it didn't do much. The Juubi made a counter attack and they were sent flying. All of them were caught by their summons.

They attacked multiple times, but they weren't able to beat it. Just when all of them were exhausted, they heard someone pronouncing his arrival.

"Jiraya, the great toad sage is here!" someone exclaimed, earning looks from everyone.

"Ero-sennin?! You're alive?!" Naruto exclaimed happily.

"E-Ero-sennin?" Sayomi muttered, having a hard time believing he was actually alive. "But how?"

"That's not what matters now." Sayumi stated. "We've got other things to worry about."

*timeskip no jutsu*

Tobi, or should I say Obito had become the Juubi jinchuuriki and was fighting team 7 with Sai, the two sisters and Keiichi. Fighting alongside them were Jiraya and the deceased Hokages.

Sayumi distracted him with her paper shuriken while Sayomi was preparing to use Chidori on him.

However, he noticed her on time and stabbed her in her stomach. She coughed up blood before Obito pulled out the weapon. Before he could give her the fatal strike, Sayumi brought her to safety. Fuck, if only I knew medical ninjutsu! she thought as Sayomi was losing more and more blood. "Sayomi!"

"Seal... release." Sayomi suddenly whispered before she released the Strenght of a Hundred seal, healing the wound immediately. She stood up and got ready to continue the fight, even though the wound wasn't fully healed.

"Sayomi-chan, are you okay?" Naruto asked, worried about Sayomi.

Sayomi nodded. "I'll be fine." she said before she discussed something with Sayumi. In the meanwhile, everyone else was attacking Obito, who was doing a good job on not being harmed at all.

Sayumi and Sayomi stood up and analyzed Obito's attacking patterns, as long as they had chakra left, they should be fine.

When they had seen enough, they rejoined the others. "Yondaime-san, can you transport me behind Obito while Sayumi is distracting him?" Sayomi asked Minato softly, make sure Obito didn't hear him.

Minato nodded. He had already marked Obito before, so all he needed to do was transporting her behind him.

They set their plan in motion. Sayumi activated her Susanoo, going all out on Obito.

In the background, fighting Madara was Hiroki, smiling because he was proud of both of his daughters, just like Kiyomi.

While Sayumi was fighting Obito, Minato transported Sayomi behind him, her Chidori activated. Obito was hit, but he hit Sayomi at the same time before transporting away, immediately running into Sasuke and Naruto.

Unfortunately for Sayomi, she wasn't healing fast enough. As she was losing more and more blood, she desperately tried using medical ninjutsu, but it didn't make much difference. "Sayomi!" Shikamaru cried out when he saw her. He ran towards her, along with Ino and Chouji.

"Sayomi, I'm not letting you die!" Ino exclaimed, using her medical ninjutsu on her.

I know, terribly short, but I hope you liked all the action ^^
