prompt: fan fiction with Riko and Kuroko's dog

The scratching at her door grew louder as Riko ignored it. After listening it for several minutes, she decided to get up and check to see what was causing the noise. Upon opening the door, she looked down to see a familiar pair of blue eyes sharing up at her. His tail was wagging and his tongue was hanging out of his mouth.

"Nigou?" Riko confusingly said.

She bent down and picked Nigou up, where he barked then wagged his tail again.

"Where's Kuroko?"

He barked again. Riko assumed Nigou has escaped Kuroko's sight and somehow managed to find her by her scent. She cuddled Nigou as she brought him inside and set him down the floor, where barked again and scratched his head. Riko made sure to send Kuroko a text message that Nigou is at her house. He responded, saying that he was grateful she found him and that he would be right over.

"Why don't we play while Kuroko comes for you?" She smiled

Nigou wagged his tail and spun around in a circle. Riko  found an old tennis ball and threw it gently down her hallway, where Nigou would race down and catch it, and Riko had to wrestle with him to retrieve the tennis ball which would be covered in slobber. "Ew!"

After throwing the ball several times, the small, black and white pup grew tired and laid down in the middle of the floor.

"So cute!" Riko squealed. She brought her cellphone out and took several pictures of the sleeping dog until she heard a knocking on the door.

Riko opened the door and let Kuroko inside, where she led him to Nigou who was still fast asleep.

"Thank you for finding him, coach." Kuroko said, gently picking him up.

"He found me actually." She laughed.

Kuroko left with Nigou, and Riko was left with the sleeping pictures of Nigou which for sure became her new screen wallpaper.
