It's Summer! (Riko x Kise)

The sun was beating hot. Riko wasn't particularly a fan of the water park, mainly because she can't help but compare herself to other girls that happen to be there. However, this time, instead of going with her dad, she ended up coming with the tall, blond model who only brought attention over to them. Riko was annoyed within minutes.

"Did we have to come to such a popular water park?" she exclaimed as Kise began to shake off some fans that wanted to take pictures with him.

"This is my favorite! I came here growing up as a kid! The slides here are awesome, come on Riko-cchi let's go get on that one!" he extended a finger towards the biggest slide in the park, consisting of three swirls and one giant drop. A shiver crept up Riko's spine.

"Th-that one?"

"Yes! Let's go- h-hey!" Kise began to walk over to the slide where another group of young girls came running to his side in tiny, revealing bikinis that made Riko sick to her stomach. They rubbed themselves against him on purpose, begging for a picture and for an autograph on their skin.

Riko sighed and turned away, ignoring the situation happening before her. She loved hanging out with Kise when he wasn't being swarmed by girls. She respects the fact that he's a model and all, of course he is! He's very attractive! What bugged her the most was that there were always fans out and about, ready to interrupt their dates. It made Riko feel sick. Not only was his attention not on her, it was on a group of bubbly, straight-outta-model-ville girls that wouldn't leave him alone unless Kise happened to have a body guard with him.

Riko closed her eyes and tried her best to drown out the sounds of giggly girls. She hasn't worked up the nerve to tell Kise she doesn't like the attention he gets because she felt like it would bring him down. She's been working on building a type of wall around her to keep from getting upset when other girls came by him.

Look away, look away, she thought. 

"Riko-cchi!" Kise yelled, snapping her out of her thoughts.

A split second later, Riko was being carried straight into the pool. Two strong arms held her securely on her sides. Behind them, the crowd of girls.

"K-Kise! What's going on?!"

"The line for the slide is down! We're gonna line up while we have the chance!"

"What about those girls behind us?"

"Oh them? Pfft, forget them! They're annoying!"

"Heh?"

Kise's never called his fans annoying before. What gives?

"Are they following us still?"

"Nah, they gave up. Besides, why do I need a group of basic girls when I have you by my side?" he said to her with that signature smile of his.

Riko felt the blush rush to her cheeks. They reached the line and Kise put her down, catching his breath. 

"Boy, I haven't worked out in a while. I might have to hit up your gym pretty soon here Riko-cchi," Kise wiped his brow.

"That was the sweetest thing you've said to me," Riko mumbled, crossing her arms and looking to a side.

"Huh? Is that so? Nyaaa~ I didn't realize I've been so rude- the line's moving!"

"Hah?!"

Riko was shoved to the top of stairs where they reached the slide entrance. Kise plopped Riko before him and he wrapped his arms around her waist.

"Ready?" 

"N-not really- wah!"

Kise pushed Riko forward, bringing him along. The tunnel was dark and loud, the water carrying them all the day to the drop where they slipped and slid into the swirls, straight into the pool, landing with a splash. 

"That was actually kinda fun. . ." Riko laughed to herself. slicking her wet hair back.

"Um. .  Riko-cchi," Kise said with concern.

"Hmm?"

Kise was pointing towards a familiar piece of fabric in the pool. . .

"Huh?. .. HUH?!"

"It's okay, I gotchu," Kise said cheekly. Riko looked down to see his hands clamped over her chest.

"KISE!!!" 

The red mark on his cheek didn't wear off until many weeks later.
