This chapter was unpublished for a while and was written during my first semester of college, so I went through it and added some finishing touches! Hope you guys enjoy!

Cause I could really use a break right now in college -,~,-

It's been a struggle, but Riko has been surviving in college. Barely.

The homework has been piling, the exams coming in, the essays being unwritten, it became mayhem for Riko. Although it's been a couple of months since she's coached the basketball team back at Seirin High, she missed it very much. It became like a missing piece. Something she needed to fulfill.

"Believe it or not, I actually miss those weirdos," Riko sighed.

"Why? I'm right here," said an unsuspecting, familiar voice.

She jumped at the sound of that familiar voice. Riko turned to spot the familiar, blue haired shadow member of the team.

"Kuroko? What're you doing here?"

"I figured I would come visit you at your university to see how you are doing. We all miss you back at Seirin."

"Aww," Riko walked up to him to give him a quick hug. To her surprise, Kuroko squeezed her back tightly.

"The team also sent this over."

Kuroko unzipped his backpack and took out a plastic container full of terribly frosted cookies with the exception of one. Mitobe's, Riko assumed. The cookies were all in the shapes of emoticons.

"These look, erm, tasty," Riko said as she took one out of the container. She bit into it. It was raw.

"Erm, yes, they may not be the best. Even Hyuuga-kun couldn't get the frosting right."

"That bastard can't get anything right so I'm not surprised," Riko said putting the cookie back. "But, thank you. I appreciate the gesture. Would you like a tour of campus?"

Kuroko's eyes beamed as he nodded. Riko started off from the campus courtyard, where they were standing, and she began the tour at the library, the grandest building on campus. They moved towards the dormitory where Riko introduced Kuroko to her roommate. Afterwards, they passed by the classroom buildings and the observatory where Riko had most of her classes. Then they went to the gym.

"Here's where you could be playing basketball!" Riko chimed.

Kuroko admired the grand gym. It was empty, so their footsteps were the only sounds inside, making it appear larger.

After the gym, Riko finished the tour at the cafeteria where they got a bite to eat.

"So? What do you think? Would you like to come here?"

"It seems like a beautiful school. I'm sure the academics are just as good."

"It's prestigious, but I'm somehow making it!"

The two chatted as they finished their meal. Riko then walked Kuroko back to the main courtyard where they first began.

"Well Kuroko, I appreciate you coming to visit me. A long break with a good friend was definitely well deserved!"

"Are you going to return to your studies?"

Riko sighed. "Don't remind me, I have a test next week and I'm terribly stressed!"

"Well, erm, good luck, coach-san."

Kuroko looked a bit uneasy.

"What's wrong Kuroko?"

"Nothing, ah, I'll just miss you. I mean, the team will miss you, yes, that, um, anyway coach-san I'll leave you to it, yes?"

"Ah, okay. Thank you Kuroko. I'll come visit you guys soon! After all I gotta keep up with the team I created don't I?"

"Hai, coach-san. Well, I'll leave you to it."

Riko went in for a hug goodbye. Kuroko embraced her tightly again, feeling a warm sensation stir up in his chest. He didn't want to let go, but he knew he had to. Once they did, Kuroko felt like time stopped. He didn't know what made him do it, but he did it. He didn't wait for Riko to react.

Kuroko went in and gave her a kiss on the cheek. His cheeks became red hot.

"B-bye coach!" And with that, Kuroko sped off, running across the courtyard so fast that he wondered where all this stamina came from. Riko stood there, dumbfounded with what just happened. It took her a second, but then it clicked. She blushed, her cheeks turning a shy red color. She inhaled a large breath, then yelled out to Kuroko at the top of her lungs.

"You forgot to give me my cookies!"

Kuroko was long gone, too embarrased to turn back. He hoped Hyuuga wouldn't find out.
