He Comforts You

You had just gotten home from your best friends house. You had gotten into a big fight and you just couldn't stay any longer.

You drove home, trying to keep the tears in. That didn't work.

You walked into your flat, sinking down onto the ground once you were in.

Your head was in your hands and you were crying your eyes out.

After sitting there for a while, you decided to make a cup of tea and go to bed.

As you waited for your tea, more tears flowed from your eyes.

You were crying and sipping your tea when you heard your phone ring. It was Joe.

You decided not to answer it, but to just text him.

You: I'm sorry. I'm not in the mood to talk to anyone. I've had a bad night

Him: I'll be there in 5 minutes.

You: you don't have to.

Him: I'm coming.

You sat at your island, sipping your tea and crying.

You heard keys jingling in the lock of your door to your house and Joe walked in.

Joe walked over to you and hugged you the tightest he's ever hugged you.

"I love you. Don't you ever forget that," he said and picked you up off your stool.

"Come on, we're going to bed," he said as you were wrapped around him as he carried you.

You cried silent tears into the crook of his neck.

When you got to your room, Joe sat you down on your bed and he sat down next to you.

"Do you wanna talk about it?" He asked you.

"Sure," you said and moved to get a pillow.

"So I was over at Y/F/N's house and we got into a big fight and I didn't know what to do so I got up and left," you said as some tears fell.

"How about tomorrow, you text and apologize. If she doesn't want to be friends anymore, don't go crawling back to her. You have me and Caspar and Zoe and all my friends. I love you and I hate seeing you sad," he said.

"Thank you. I love you so much," you said and squeezed him into a tight hug.

"I know how to make you feel better," he said as you looked up at him.

"How?" You asked.

"We can have a night full of cuddles, movies, and sex," he said.

"Actually, that spousal amazing," you said.

"Good, because I hate seeing you sad and I love you so much," he said as you began your wonderful night with your wonderful boyfriend.
