New Years Kiss? Part 4

You saw Joe. Just looking at him made you scared. You were scared because you didn't know what to say to him or what he was going to say to you.

He walked over to the pool. He was shirtless and in his swim trunks. He ran and yelled

"CANNONBALL!"

He splashed you and Caspar. You had to stifle a laugh.

Once Joe got into the pool. All 3 of you were hanging out. Until Joe started ignoring you. You figured out that he had been ignoring you the whole time.

You got out of the pool and went inside.

"Where is she going? The plan was working great," you heard Joe say.

The plan?

You kept on walking. You had a feeling that they would end up coming up with some dumb plan.

You went into the kitchen and made some Mac and cheese for yourself.

"Y/n?" You heard Caspar call from outside.

"Yeah?" You responded.

"Will you make us some Mac and cheese too?" Caspar yelled from the pool.

"Fine," you said loud enough for them to hear.

You made their Mac and cheese and took it out to them.

Joe was sitting in the pool, staring at you. You just ignored him and went back inside.

You went and sat in Caspar's room. You took out his computer (since you brought it in earlier) and turned it on.

You were checking Twitter when someone walked into the room.

It was Joe.

"Y/n," he said and sat down next to you.

"What?" You snapped trying to hold back tears.

"We need to talk," he said.

"Hell yeah we do," you said rudely.

"Listen," he began.

"My ears are open," you said and closed the computer.

"Okay. I'm really sorry about last night," he looked down at his feet "I'm sorry that Caspar had to tell you what happened instead of me," he said.

"You kissed another girl. I know," you said quietly.

"I know. I was so drunk. I wasn't thinking. She looked like you and I missed you. I know it's gonna be hard for you to forgive me. But please y/n," he said and grabbed your hands.

"Joe, I just need some time to breath," you said and stood up. Taking off your clothes that were covering your swimsuit.

You went and got in the pool. Caspar followed you.

"What did he say," Caspar asked you as he got into the pool with you.

"He told me everything that you told me. I told him I needed some air," you said and sighed, looking down at the glistening water.

"He came out of my room where you were and he had tears in his eyes," Caspar told you.

"Ya know, he probably doesn't feel as bad as I did and still do. I trusted him, but he broke my trust. He needs to build it back up again. But he doesn't know how to do that," you said and looked out at the sunset.

"Y/n," Caspar sighed "he needs you. When I went and saw him, he was a wreck. Well, not a wreck, but an angry and stressed out mess,"

"That's his fault. He made me feel like the shittiest person ever. And I don't even know why. I need him but I don't know what to do," you said as tears prickled at your eyes.

Caspar came over and hugged you. You broke down crying. Joe came out while you were in Caspar's arms crying.

"Y/n?" He whispered.

You took your head out of Caspar's shoulder and looked up at Joe. He looked so sad.

"Please tell me you didn't hear what I said," you said.

"I heard all of it," he said and looked down at you sadly.....

Thanks for putting up with my cliffhanger bullshit 😂 I don't know how long this is actually going to be. I'm definitely going to add more parts until it's finished. But I don't know how many parts there are going to be exactly.
