Chapter 8

I wasn't fussed on doing anything today now that I was home and I planned to not do anything until Kaleb came rushing through the living room door

"Mum is it ok if I go with Dad?" I snap my head up from my photo shoots on my laptop. I frown "You can come if you want?" I shake my head towards him

"I'm sure you want to spend some father son time with him" I look up seeing Aiden appear behind him who smiles at me. Ever since he found out about us staying for good, I have never felt so much happiness come off of him. I'm saying its the mate bond trying to pull us together and I'm not fighting it.

"You could come" Aiden says. I haven't experienced Aiden as Alpha before so to me I knew this is the Aiden before the title

"I've still got a little work to do, I have a dead line for the end of tomorrow" I say as Aiden shakes his head and Kaleb huffs folding his arms over his chest glaring at me "Oh don't you both do that"

"Can we see the photos?" Kaleb asks as my eyes go wide in shock. I am so use to having Kaleb with me on shoots, it sounded weird from him asking to see them

"There is a couple you can see but the other two are a bit more grown up for you to look at" I smile. When they both come and sit beside me. Kaleb jumps into my lap and Aiden sitting right beside me having a look

I could tell by the smiles on their faces that they were very good pictures. Aiden turned his head towards me smiling. We were that close to each other I could make out every single eyelash that fluttered with each blink and the pure blue colour of his eyes

'Mine' My thoughts screamed at me. "Come on son" Aiden says breaking our gaze "We better get going so that I can take mum out to dinner on time"

I blinked twice with a confused look on my face "Remember sweetness, I'm taking you out to dinner tonight" I blush as he stands up. "So be ready by seven and I will pick you up"

"Where are we going?" I ask as Kaleb moves off my lap and kisses my cheek

"Not telling" he says as he walks towards the door "I'll see you at seven" With a turn of his head, he winked at me before Kaleb goes running off towards him at the front door. Shit! How could I forget something like that? What do I wear?

It was half past six and I was still standing over my suitcase on the bed, looking from the bags of clothes I brought with me from London and the clothes I brought from home. He said where nice but casual. I thought to myself where would he be taking me. My make up was light, with a little blush, light on the eyeliner and mascara making my grey soft brown eyes to stand out.

Right now I was standing in my underwear. I had a hooded thick cardigan out on the bed. Army styled boots sitting on the floor. There are a few benefits I get from being a photographer/model. I get freebies, whether it be make up or clothes. The latest job I got a few tops, more for going out drinking. I sigh staring at my clothes, I had not thought about going out to dinner, well I did but not with Aiden.

Nice and casual kept playing in my head when there was a knock at the door

"Mum!"

"Yeah?" I call back

"Dad is downstairs waiting for you" Shit! Is it seven already?

"Ok I will be right out"

"Dad shes gonna be another hour!" Kaleb yells down. I storm over to the door and yank it open

"Boy I will not be another hour" I say to Kaleb

"Mum go put some clothes on" I laugh closing the door behind me. I quickly grab a nice cotton high front low back top and black skinny jeans. Put my shoes on and cardigan on. Grabbing my phone, I head out my door down the stairs to find Aiden standing at the bottom step waiting for me
