"Mum, Dad what brings you here?" I was damn well hoping you couldn't smell that we had just had sex in our kitchen with the betas.

I felt bad ass but now that my parents were at my door I had to go back to being the alpha and their grown son

I let them in and walk into the kitchen, Addison was cleaning up while Marcus was no where to be seen.

"Morning Xavier, morning Isabelle" Addison says facing them. I was thankful the ranch slider door was open and the table was clean, bonus Addison didn't show any sign of what happened moments ago

"Morning Addison" My dad says "We came to see how Jasmine is doing, we're worried about her"

I simply nod my head "She's fine, she's showering now... Much better than yesterday when we arrived home"

"That's good, we just wanted to let you know we are going to New Blood, your grandfather is having his seventh birthday, we were going to ask if Kaleb wanted to come but we thought of asking you both first" my mother says when I sensed Jasmine near

"That would be good, I don't think he has met them, are my parents going?" Jasmine asks from behind me as she wraps an arm around my waist and I place my arm over her shoulders lightly kissing her forehead

"Oh honey you look better" My dad says. He's always treated her like one of the family and now she is

"I feel better, I think it would be good for him"

"Did you want to come along with us? I mean I know he is comfortable with us but he can only take so much of being away from his parents" my mum directs her question to Jasmine who looks up at me with a questioning look

"Only if you're ok with me being away" She states. Was I? I mean Carter won't know she's there, he won't even know she's gone.

'What if something happens to you while you're away, I can't protect you' I kiss her head again making her look up

'Then why don't you come too, family vacation' She smiles making me smile and I can't help but nod my head

"We will both come along"

"We can handle things while you guys go" Marcus says. I turned my head to see him standing next to Addison who was blushing. I raised my eyebrows at him as he rolls his eyes "Come on the pack won't breakdown while you're gone"

** Jasmine **

My mum had to pull me aside, she looked a little tired but even then I knew something was wrong.

"What's wrong mum?" I asked her away from the family

"Something has changed and I'm worried for you" I frown at her "And for Kalebs sake"

"What is it?" I was starting to feel scared, at the same time as angry because she always avoided getting straight to the point when we needed to know things

"A worker for the council is in town, I don't know his face because I pumped into him in town, it changes everything because in the vision all I saw were images of you and Kaleb... They aren't here to get to me... You know I use to work for the council before I met your father but honey you are different"

I nod my head at her "Let me see" I place my hand in hers and focus. One thing I discovered was I could not only see the future but I could see others future and see what other seers had seen. Something some seers can't do. My mother is powerful, one of a kind but with the power driven my emotions, I'm definitely stronger than her.

I saw images of Kaleb and I, pictures as if given to a spy looking at his target. And that was all she had seen along with the council emblem.

"Everything will be fine mum, ok?" She nodded slowly and reluctantly "Aiden knows, we are going to Aidens granddads birthday next weekend and we're taking Kaleb, we will all be fine" I kissed her cheek as we walked back over to where everyone was
