Deimos's POV

I was losing my mind. That had to be it.

Everything that had happened wasn't adding up. No matter how hard I tried nothing seemed to make sense anymore. It was all so. . . confusing. Mates? how was that possible? Somehow I knew that I wasn't supposed to have a mate, but somehow I didn't know why. Then again, I didn't even know if all of this was real or not.

Why am I here?

Something snapped inside of me as I slid down the tree I was leaning against. There was a strange sound and I didn't know were it was coming from. I looked around for the source but couldn't find it. I guess it was coming from me.

Why?

Was I. . . laughing? It sounded so dark, so alien, so detached that I couldn't believe that it was mine. A darkness seemed to surround me, blinding me from everything around me. I felt numb. I felt tired.

What are these feelings?

I'm losing it. Yeah, that had to be it.

Calm down man, Let's not do anything crazy here.

My eyes shot open and the darkness practically spat me out as my eyes quickly zoomed around into the dark woods, searching for the intruder.

'Easy Deimos. . . I'm in here,' I heard the voice say as I suddenly felt a strange presence in the back of my mind. 'Who are you?'

'That kinda hurts you know. How can you forget the one and only Erebus?' The voice joked. Erebus. The name sounds familiar. . . 'Are you my wolf-'

'Ding, ding, ding! and we have a winner!' he boomed.

Yup, I'm losing it-

'Will you stop that! Anyways you're seriously gonna have to calm down now before you wake the other guy up'

'What are you talking about? What other guy?'

'Don't worry about that just yet, just calm down,' as soon as he said it, I realized that I was breathing heavily and my brain was going a mile a minute. 'I'll explain everything after. Just take deep breathes. Your gonna have to be very calm for what we're about to do.'

What?

'I'm going to give you your memories back. . . in a manner of speaking. No matter what happens, don't over react, okay? Cuz this may hurt a little', he murmured the last part to himself. I slowly obeyed his request and slowed my breathing, but I was still afraid of what he was going to do.

'Okay. . . ready?'

'Y-yeah. .  . do it.'

There was a pause, along with a dreaded silence.

Then there was an image. Then two. Then a dozen. Then a couple thousand.

There was a flash of light and then I was suddenly bombarded by millions of images and memories that ripped open my mind and  latched themselves onto me.
