"Will we have a pegasus stable for a reason." Nico mumbles.
"Nico we have kids now we would never get them past the border." I reply.
We are going horse riding. And Nico is complaining. As usual.
"Are we going now Daddy?" Bianca our adopted 6 year old daughter asks. Bianca looks like me but with Nico's eyes.
"Please say we aren't." Michael our adopted 11 year old son replies. He looks like Nico but with my eyes.
"Michael it's Bianca's turn to chose what we do today." I tell him.
We all get in the car.
At the riding center there are 3 horses left and one pony.
"What are there names?" I ask the attendant.
"Lee, Charlie, Luke and Selena." He attendant replied.
"Who's horses are they?" Nico asks.
"Mine dummy." Percy walk towards us.
"I didn't know you owned horses." I reply.
"There are a lot of things you don't know about me Solace." He replies.
"Cool now come on let's get this over with." Nico mumbles while climbing onto Charlie's saddle.
I help Bianca onto Selena the pony. Before I clime onto Luke. We got out into open ground. An attendant is leading Bianca round.
Percy rides up to us on a black Pegasus.
"Blackjack?" I ask.
"Who else?" He smiles. "Hey you to love birds want a race?"
"Fine your going down Jackson." Nico teases.
Nico's horse gallops in front of us then he disappears into the shadows. Same old Nico.
"Well he won." Percy notes
"Come on ocean spray still second place." I say. Before riding off.
At the finish Nico is giving Bianca a piggy back. Michael is brushing his horse.
"See you did have fun." I tell him.
"Dad don't patronise me." Michael replies
"I was talking to Nico." I tell him.
"Shut up Solace." He says as I hug him.
