Heaven and Hell; Chapter One; I Thought I Lost You.

Heaven and Hell; Chapter Thirteen; Senior Skip Day.

So obviously, me being me, I got suspended the day before Senior Skip Day. LUCKY ME.. Watching all the seniors walk past Hunter and I made me feel uneasy. I was suprised I didn't see Izzy there. No, he isn't a senior, but that didn't stop him any other day. Knowing him, he's probably trying out for basketball. I think the grade 10 tryouts for boys are today.. I noticed several seniors standing by the library, staring at my bandages. Shit.

"Heaven, they're staring at us.." Hunter whispered in my ear. I nodded.

"I know.." I said, obviously not trying to hide it. I hid my bandaged arm behind me as we approached the library. I felt a senior boy reach out and grab a strand of my hair, twirling it in his fingers.

"Hey, Heaven." He said, looking at me through his dark brown eyes.

"Um.. Hi, Kyle.." I replied, looking down.

"How are you?" He asked, dropping my hair. I felt him put a finger under my chin and pull my head up so I was looking at him.

"I'm fine.. You?" I asked, trying to be kind. He smirked.

"I'm good. Still living. You're really pretty, you know?" He complimented.

"Um. Thanks.. Look, I gotta go.." I replied, looking down again, trying to hide my blushing.

"Wait. Why are you skipping?" He asked as he grabbed my free hand. He looked down at my bandage, as his eyes widened.

"I got suspended.." I told him.

"Oh. Well, text me, okay?" He asked, letting go of my hand. I nodded.

Hunter led me up the stairs of the library and instantly took us to a table. I managed to free my hand from his grip. I felt bad for him. He seemed so distant.. He looked at me through his hair.

"So, um.. Heaven. Who was that anyways?" He asked, as he flipped his hair. Oh god..

"That was Kyle. We used to go out.. Apparently he still likes me.." I replied. I must admit, he was kind of hot..

"Oh. How do you feel about him?" Hunter asked. I instantly shot my look up to his face.

"I don't feel anything for him.." I told him, grabbing my hair and pulling it to see how long it was now. Halfway down my tummy. Score.

"Oh? Well thats good.. Right?" He replied.

"Yeah, sure it is!" I told him with a smile on my face.

I felt a hand on my back, and heard an awkward plump in the seat beside me. I sighed. Kyle..

"Hey, beautiful." Kyle grinned. I let out a long sigh.

"Hi, Kyle.." I replied. Before I knew it, he had his hand on my leg slowly moving it up. FML. I heard the library door open slowly.

"Um, what the hell, Heaven.." I heard Izzy say.

"Oh shit.. I'll see you later, Heaven.." Kyle said as he got up to walk away. I watched Iz grab his shirt and pull him close. He whispered somthing I couldn't hear. He strode over to me with a sly look on his face.

"Hey, babe. Who's this?" He asked, gesturing to Hunter.

"Oh, this is Hunter. He's a friend of mine." I told him. Hunter looked down at his hands.

"A'iight. Well hey, Hunter. I'm Izzy, Heaven's boyfriend." He put out his hand for Hunter to shake, but all he did was stare at it. I started grinning.

"Ouch, dude." Iz added.

"Um. Sorry. I'll go..?" Hunter replied, looking directly at me.

"No, it's okay. You can stay." I told him, taking my hair in my fingers again. He glanced at Izzy, who was staring at me.

"Okay.. I don't want to intrude.." Hunter replied, looking down again.

"No, it's fine. Can we go somewhere else? I hate this place." Izzy complained loudly. I shot him a glare.

"Oh shut up, Iz." I told him. I turned to Hunter. "Do you wanna go?" I asked. He nodded slowly.

"Alright, to town we go then?" I asked as I got up out of my chair. Izzy quickly got up as I turned my back. I heard 2 chairs hitting together followed by a loud thump and loud cussing.

"OW DAMN IT! Fucking chairs!" I heard Izzy start yelling.

"Izzy, you okay, bro?" Hunter asked, reaching out a hand to help him up.

"Yeah, I think I am." Izzy replied, reaching for Hunter's hand. All I could do was laugh and roll my eyes. What a klutz. I continued walking. I felt Izzy intertwine his fingers in mine. I let out a deep long sigh.
