A B O U T

Just A Note is a project aiming to spread positivity here on wattpad. It is a non-exclusive, all-inclusive initiative and every wattpad user is welcome to take part in it.

I have seen many, many talented authors leaving this site due to the mean and hurtful words aimed at them. This project hopes to show appreciation for all wattpad users on this site.

H O W I T W O R K S

All wattpad users are welcome to send in a note addressed to a fellow user. It could be addressed to your favourite author, or one of your loyal readers, or a friend here on wattpad, or maybe a family member who has a wattpad account. Anyone you want to show your appreciation for, really.

Those notes would then be organised and compiled into a chapter, and then published out for your person to see.

Notes can only be sent in through PMs or ask.fm. And please refrain from sending the same note more than once, it'd mess things up. Link to ask.fm can be found in our bio.

A N O N Y M I T Y

All notes published would be kept anonymous. Feel free to let the person know privately if you insist on them knowing, but please refrain from commenting and tagging the person, telling them it's you.

The reason is because anon-hate has become extremely notorious today. Just have a look at ask.fm and all your doubts would perish. People take advantage of the anonymity and use it to spread hate.

Over here at Just A Note, we are attempting to combat that by spreading positivity through anonymity.

S U P P O R T

We sincerely hope that you would be willing to take a few minutes out of your life and pen down a kind note to someone, and then send it over to us. All notes would be published - unless it encourages hate and negativity. So if your note isn't published yet, it's probably sitting in the draft of the next chapter.

Remember, you always have a choice. Words are powerful, please use yours as a tool to build someone up.
