Natsu Dragneel remembered how much he had hated watching people in pain.
But now it was like a job to him, bringing pain to others. You could call him a sadist but he doesn't exactly enjoy it.
Not a good day at work? He'd kick the crap out of Romeo Conbolt. Shitty days with his dad and money? He'd make Rogue Cheney technically scream for mercy.
To Natsu, his problems couldn't fade away, it's like they could never be solved. Thus, if he kept all of his feelings inside of him, it would turn into a large struggle to keep it all in, he'd explode.
So, he took it out on humble strangers who'd either be younger than him or even his same age, even if they did nothing to him. They would be his target.
It was the only thing that would make him forget the feeling of wanting to kill himself.
But maybe that'd be a better idea.
What strangely happened was one day Natsu and Lucy passed by each other in the large school hallway. Lucy smiled at him, as no one had ever done that to him before he just stared at her. But she didn't mind. She was just glad he acknowledged her.
