Natsu grabbed the side of her arms and pulled her closer to him,
He kissed her.
And Lucy kissed him back.
His lips were soft, and quite warm, the kiss was Innocent, and short.
Why short?
Because before Natsu could comprehend what had happened, the front door had opened by Zeref and Lucy had pushed Natsu back, she looked quite flustered.
Her breath was unsteady and she wouldn't even look at Natsu.
Before Natsu could say anything, she ran upstairs.
Later that night, Lucy had pulled Natsu to a corner and said,
"Hey, um h-heh about that incident earlier, that happened between us, l-lets just forget about it. I hope it doesn't change anything between us." She said awkwardly, still not giving him eye contact.
This time, Natsu couldn't bring himself to say "it's fine." and send her a quick smile as if everything was fine.
Because it was not.
