Chapter 19

Alexandria's POV

After a lovely dinner William took us all back to his apartment. We agreed tomorrow morning we'd go back to the apartment and grab whatever else was left to get. Rose's apartment was already prepared for her as the movers moved her stuff in during dinner. 

We headed up the elevator stopping at Rose's floor first to get her settled in. When we opened the door I was speechless. This apartment was smaller but just as nice as Williams. It was much bigger than either mine or Rose's last apartments, you could probably fit both of ours in here and have room. Walking in Rose was giddy and excited, running around like she was forty years younger. I couldn't help but smile at how happy she was. There were multiple rooms in here, one of them looked distinctly like a childs room.

Rose saw my confusion and cut in. 

"William and I both agreed that I should have a room for Delilah, I like spending time with my pretty much grandchild."

I just laughed agreeing, Delilah always did spend a lot of time with Rose. She was practically a Grandmother and nanny. We wished Rose goodnight and started to head out when I heard her come out of one of the rooms.

"Oh no, Delilah is staying with me tonight." She hurried over and grabbed Deli up.

"You two need to talk over a few things before tonight is over." She smiled with a mischievous glint in her eyes and ushered us out before we could argue. She slammed the door in our face and we were left awkwardly standing in the silent hallways. William coughed awkwardly and we made our way back to the elevator, taking the last floor up.

Once we entered the apartment, William directed me to a room he said I could use as my own. It was right next to the room he had given for Deli to use. I jumped in the shower washing away all of todays grime. Getting out I wrapped a towel around me suddenly remembering that I had nothing to change into. Leaving the bathroom I paced around the room not sure of what  I should do. Then there was a knock. 

"Yes" I was embarrassed I couldn't open the door like this. The towel was short just barely covering the top of my thighs.

"I realized that you probably don't have any clothes to change into yet, so I brought you something to sleep in."

I opened the door turning bright red grabbing the clothes from his quickly and running into the bathroom shutting the door. 

Williams POV

I had just gotten out of the shower and finished changing when I realized Alexandria probably didn't have anything to sleep. The thought of her sleeping naked sent my mind into a frenzy and I hurriedly pulled out a clean pairs of boxers and a T-shirt. I walked over to Alexandria's room but hesitated before I knocked. I really wished I had just made her move into my room with me, there's nothing I want more than to have my arms around her, but this isn't the time. Soon, hopefully soon she will come around and I no longer will have to hold back. I knocked

"Yes" I heard a squeak from behind the door.

"I realized that you probably don't have any clothes to change into yet, so I brought you something to sleep in."

She opened the door quickly turning red and grabbing the clothes before running to the bathroom. It was done so quickly but I still had time to take it all in. She was in a small towel, her thighs barely covered and her collar bones exposed. Her hair was tousled like it had been air dried and her whole body was pink with embarrassment. I felt my lower half start to awaken and couldn't help but groan. This is definitely not the time to be thinking about any of this. Rose was right though we needed to talk.
