Best friend or Boyfriend? (Part 1)

Skylar's P.O.V

"What is he doing here?" Tyler asked, the smirk still on his face. "He lives here, now can we start the project?" "Yeah, just one more question." "Fine" "What did you mean by training room?" Tyler asked. "He installed it, I don't know why though." "So where do u want to do the project?" I asked. "Your room, if u want." He said. "Sure." We went to my room and finished the project. When we finished, it was around midnight. I looked at him and asked, "Do u want to just stay the night?" "If that's okay with you." "That's why I offered dumbass." I said while rolling my eyes. He had a shocked expression on his face and that's when i realized what i said. "Uh, i mean it's okay with me." I was saved by Jacob coming in the room. "Sky, can i talk to you for a second?" "Yeah." I walked with him to his room. When i got to his room, he pushed me against the wall. "Sky you have to be more careful with your secret." He said as he started trailing kisses down my neck. "It's hard." I said, trying to hold back a moan. "I know Sky, but i dont want you to get hurt." He said, still kissing my neck. "J-Jake." I said using his nickname. "What baby." "I want you to be mine ." He stopped kissing my neck and looked at me with a smile. "Are you sure babygirl?" I nodded. He was still looking at me and smiling. "Sky, will you be my girlfriend?" I smiled and said, "Yes and babe, we forgot about Tyler." "Oh, yeah." He let go of me, but not before he gave me a kiss onthe cheek. "Jake, can you let Tyler borrow some of your clothes?" "Yeah." He got some of his clothes, then we walked back to my room. When we got to my room, i sa that Tyler had my gun in his hand. Tyler looked at me and asked, "Why do you have a gun?" Before i could say anything, Jacob said, "I gave it to her for protection." " Why would she need protection?" "Because people are after her money." I took this as the time for me to speak up. "Why were you even going through my desk?" " I-I uh was looking for a pen." He said but it came out more like a question. I looked at him suspiciously and said "Ok, and you are sleeping in the room next to Jacob's." He didnt say anything, he just nodded his head and handed me my gun back. Jacob gave me a quick kiss and left the room to go set up Tyler's room. When i looked at Tyler, I saw him clenching his fists. I didn't know why, so i just shrugged it off. I showed Tyler to his room and then went into the shower in my room. When I got out, i saw Jacob sitting on my bed. I got dressed into shorts and a tank top, and climbed onto my bed. "I'm tired." I said, when I layed down, I felt Jacob lay down next to me. "Go to sleep baby." He said. I smiled and fell asleep with him playing with my hair and humming to me.
