Dan's POV

As soon as I had said it, he just covered his face and giggled, ashamed.

"I'm sorry, I have a problem," he said in between his giggles. His face was a shade of bright red and I couldn't help but smile back at him, even if the lack of cereal was annoying.

"I know, Phil," I responded, not being able to stay "mad" at him for very long, it seemed to have been only a second of any actual frustration towards him.

"Do you want to go buy some cereal then?" He asked me, once he had calmed down but still was cheekily smiling at me.

I rolled my eyes at him, "Okay, sure,"

Leaving him in the kitchen, I went to my room and just quickly got a jacket. I had no dignity anyways so going to the shop in my pyjamas wouldn't be that bad.

After quickly putting it on, I just headed toward the door waiting for Phil to join me. Phil came over, also in his pyjamas and a coat, then we both slipped on our shoes and headed out.

I was sure the corner shop would have some cereal and I loved most cereals so I wouldn't be fussy anyways.

When we got there, I started to check around as Phil did the same. I had been contemplating whether I wanted to buy Cheerios or Shreddies when the store door opened.

Usually, the shop was quite empty so it was unusual to have someone other than Phil and I (as well as the shopkeeper) in the store.

I wasn't going to pay much attention to whoever walked in until they started talking rather obnoxiously loud. It was two girls and I couldn't help but hear them; it was silent until they had entered.

"So did you see Dan's new video?!" One girl said to the other, clearly excited.

"Yes! I loved it!" The other girl almost screamed in response, "But Phil's recent video was really great as well!"

"What? I didn't really like Phil's video. Dan's videos are so much better!"

"No, they are both great!"

Were they talking about us? They must have been. Quietly, I crept over to Phil and whispered to him,

"Do you...hear...the...?" He nodded before I even finished speaking.

Suddenly, I became very anxious, not because they were phans, I love the phans, but because they were so close to where our actual house is. How would we leave without them potentially following us home?

Just as that thought came to my mind, the much more obnoxious girl, who seemed to dislike Phil, almost screamed.
"LOOK IT'S DAN!"
