Lauren

"Tell me about her." Taylor requests as we lay on her bed.

"You know about Camz, Tay." I sigh lightly while rolling my eyes playfully.

Ever since I came out to her yesterday, she's been determined to help me figure out if I truly like Camila or if my brain is just playing games with me.

It's sweet, but it's also kind of embarrassing. I know that the minute I start talking about Camila, I'm never going to shut up about her.

"Lauren!" She whines frustratedly, stretching out my name.

"Taylor!" I whine back mockingly in the same tone.

"Just tell me about her. Please." She begs and I sigh again before sitting up against the headboard.

"What do you want to know?" I ask, running a hand through my hair.

"Everything." She responds as she sits up and crosses her legs in front of me.

"More specific please."

"Just... start by telling me what you like about her."

Everything.

"Well..." I begin, pausing for a moment to gather my thoughts.

"I like a lot of the small things. Like when she runs her hand through her hair even though every stray hair is already perfectly in place and how the sun falls on her face, like it means something. And I like the way her voice sounds in my head and the way she says my name and it takes my breath away. I like how she cuddles like a little panda bear and I like when my skin gets hot when she looks at me as if I'm the most important thing in the world.

"And I love the way her eyes start to twinkle when she talks about something she loves. I love how amazing she is with words, how I could listen to her talk all day. The way her mind works fascinates me. And I love the way she's the sun and the moon, and yet she still stargazes. I really love the way she feels like home and her lips... oh her lips. They fit perfectly against mine." I breathe out almost dreamily before I continue.

"But my favorite thing is when I look at her and think about all of the memories she gave to me. From the first day up we met all the way until now. She has always made me smile and she has always made me laugh. She just never fails to make me happy." I finish my long rambling speech, feeling how hot my face is. Biting my lip, I try my hard to hide my face eating smile, but fail terribly.

A moment passes by as Taylor looks at me intently, the silence heavy. I can feel my face growing impossibly redder under her stare.

"Lauren, I don't think you like her..." She finally says, obvious hesitation in her voice.

"You don't?" My smile falls and I feel a bit more disappointed than I'd like to admit.

Her hesitation doesn't disappear and I notice her gnawing on her lip. "I think your in love with her, Lo." She says slowly and I notice a small smile playing on her lips.

"Why would you say that?" I snap back unintentionally, an apology immediately forming on my tongue.

"Hey, breathe." Her voice is calming, and clearly not offended by my sudden outburst as she places her hand on my arm and rubs it soothingly.
