What I Put in My Food

What's with the way you said "food"?!

By the way, questions are still on hold, so.... 

I'm just doing some that are still in my list of questions and dares...

So what I usually put in my scones are one cup cake flour, 3 cups all-purpose flour, about 3/4 sugar, 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder, 5/8 teaspoons of baking soda, some salt, 11/2 sticks cold cut-up unsalted butter, 12/4 cups of cold heavy cream, and 1/4 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract. I cook them from 18 to 20 minutes, but I sometimes overcook them.

I also sometimes carelessly put in either a bit much of something or a bit too less of another ingredient, so I tend to rely on a cookbook... since I can be forgetful....

Oh damn, I might have gotten the ingredient quantities wrong again....
