I think Gravtiy Falls is, despite its strange humor, an okay cartoon! It still could use a lot of improving tho-

As for Steven Universe, it also seems plain silly to me. Then again, almost everything America makes isn't that good.
Aand for which country to choose, I'd go ahead and pick the UK! I'm not really interested in interacting with the show's characters.
