"Kath si Dj hindi na halos makatayo, ang sakit ng tiyan." sumbong ni Kuya Mar kay Kath sa cellphone. She asked her long time personal driver a favor to check on Daniel sa location niya.

Nasa kabilang unit kasi si Kathryn at hindi sila parehas ng location ni Daniel that day.

"Po? Nasaan po siya?" she quickly stood up from her folding chair with rollers on. Kanina pa kasi nagrereklamo si Dj sa kanya na masama ang pakiramdam. Kath told him to ask Direk if they can shoot another scene without him para mapatignan siya pero ang tigas ng ulo ayaw magpapigil.

The young brilliant actress couldn't mind her lines well that day because she was being very worried about Daniel's condition.

"Ate..." Kathryn's sweet voice called out to her assistant. Hindi na rin maitago ang matinding pagaalala ni Kathryn sa kalagayan ng boyfriend na hindi pa niya nakikita ang itsura sa oras na yon, but the plead in Kuya Mar's voice tells her he needs her right away. And right away means dropping everything for him, even scenes that should be taped ASAP because they are after every episode but she doesn't care. Kelangan siya ni Daniel and she'll be there in a heartbeat.

"Tara na magpaalam ka na kay Direk.." her soft spoken assistant told her.

Halos maiyak na si Kathryn habang tinatanggal ang rollers niya at tinatali ang buhok niya in a bun, she quickly changed her clothes. Naka shirt and jogger pants na siya ngayon at pumasok sa tent kung nasaan ang direktor.

She was fidgeting with her hands on her phone "Direk pwede po ba akong umalis muna?I'll just check on Dj...tumawag po kasi si Kuya Mar." It's inevitable, every time she mentions his name ay naiiyak siya. She wants to get to him as fast as she can.

"Ano na ba ang nangyari sa batang yon? Sinabi naman namin na pauwiin na at dumaan sa hospital...ayaw paawat. Puntahan mo na nga Kath, balitaan mo kame." the gentle Direk Dado said to his lead actress. "Pero Kath kailangan kita mamaya dito kahit ikaw lang muna para mahabol natin ang for airing, ok lang ba? Gawan na lang natin ng paraan mga eksena ni Dj.." pakiusap sa kanya ng direktor.

"Papa check up ko lang po si Dj, babalik din po ako agad." Kathryn said to her director.
Nag beso si Kath at agad na umalis kasama ang PA, agad niyang nakita si  Mar nakaabang na sa labas dala ang GMC.

Ang akala ni Kathryn ay bumalik lang ito at dadaanan pa nila uli si Dj sa location nagulat siya dahil pagkabukas ay nakahiga na ito sa loob ,covered with a woolen blanket na nakilala ni Kathryn na kanya. It was that pink with "piggy" designs all over it.

"Ay, andiyan na pala si Dj.." Kath's assistant said

"Eh mas matatagalan tayo pag balikan pa natin, dumirecho na tayo sa Cardinal Kath. Hindi na nga halos makalakad yan eh." sumbong ng driver niya.

She hurriedly went to him and asked her PA to take the front seat.

"Babe..." tawag ni Kathryn sa nakataklob na si Dj. He moved only to look at her and took her hand inside the blanket.

"Mahal.." he called his endearment for Kathryn like a helpless child. Dj hugged her arm and closed his eyes again. She immediately sat beside him and fixed his head on her lap.   He intertwined their hands underneath  the blanket. Kath felt his hands cold.

"Are you cold, ano nararamdaman mo? Sabihin mo sa akin Mahal." she asks him while brushing his hair with her free hand. Pinupunasan din niya ang noo ni Daniel.
