Storyline: The gang was asked to describe you in a video to see how you were doing since you just transferred and the director doesn't trust you. While the video is being made, Alec accidentally goes on and on about you.

"This is ridiculous. I don't get why we need to do that, she's a great shadowhunter." Izzy defended you in front of her parents.
"That's not the point Isabelle. I know that Y/N is a great shadow hunter, but the Branwells want it done." You roll your eyes, ever since you were transferred to this institute all you could hear from Maryse's mouth was how you guys needed to please the Branwells, or else they would take over the New York City Institute. "It won't hurt you, am I wrong?"
"I'm so done with this family, they come here like they own everything." Jace rapidly says as he folds his arm on his chest. You smile at him and mimic his movements.
"Guys, it's okay. I understand they don't trust me so can you just please do it. Afterward, you won't have to hear about it ever again." You smile convincing them.
"I'll go first," Izzy volunteered. She pats your shoulder as she takes the seat behind the camera.
"I'm Isabelle Lightwood, Shadowhunter from the New York City Institute. Y/N Skynight is a fantastic shadowhunter, she's been a very good help. Thank you."
You smile, next up was Jace. He inhales and with a serious tone, he repeats the same thing Isabelle said.
"I am Jace Wayland, Shadowhunter from the New York City Institute. Y/N Skynight is a perfect leader, she has an ability with weapons that no one has here. Y/N can be trusted." And, he was gone. You laugh at how menacing he was.
"They'll totally buy that," you snort.
"Alec. Where is Alec?" Maryse suddenly asks.
You look around. "I'm here, sorry. I was teaching Max some new runes. Don't worry, I got you covered." He says putting his hand at the bottom of your back.
"Hi, I'm Alec Lightwood, former Shadowhunter for the NYC Institute. Y/N is the definition of perfect. She has speed, aggressivity, a strength that will bring you down, and amazing potential." He takes a pause rolling his eyes then continues. "I mean she's all that, in the future, I can see her running the Institute. Her energy is contagious and her smile can bring you someplace safe. Y/N Skynight is a beautiful and talented Shadowhunter, that's all I have to say about her."
"Alec, it was just a two words video. Not a declaration of love. But, it did the job. Back to training." Maryse takes the cassette and walks away.
"Maybe I said too much?"
"Yeah," Izzy says smiling.
"Well, I have to meet Clary. Izzy, want to come with?"
"Yeah!" And, they were gone leaving you both alone.
"Alec, what was that?"
"I'm sorry, I just lost control. Although, I did mean everything." He shyly swings his arms.
"Don't need to apologize, it was sweet. Now, you heard your mother back to training so I can kick your ass!"
He laughs, "Oh, I didn't mean that part. I just didn't want you to leave so I can still kick your ass."
You laugh pushing him lightly.
