Ch.16 Promise?!

=Garroth's P.O.V.= (Ooo! a new P.O.V.)

"Hmm... Something feels off today...the village seems fine-" He says to him self until...

"Garroth, GARROTH!!" Zenix's comes running up to him, struggling to breath

"Woah! Zenix what happened!?!?" He asks as he helps Zenix up

"...T-The...Lord!!! Come on!" They both went running to the Lord's house

=Aphmau's P.O.V.= 

I explained to Laurance what happened with my life before I ended up at Village Meteli. I explained what happened with my parents, my old village and how everything around me disappeared from my life. I also said that, that was the reason I was wandering around the village. I always knew that Laurance was a understanding person from the start, seeing that he was an orphan himself he understood where I was coming from!

"That would be about everything thats happened so far...heh..." I say sounding very depress, but why wouldn't I, my life been a living nightmare... But at least it's getting a bit better

"hey...it's okay...I know how you feel, seeing that I was an orphan myself..." He said back to me

"I'm sorry for bring that up, I know it must of been hard for you..." I say as I look into his soft baby blue eyes

"..no, it's fine. I have to get over it at some point in my life..." He says, but it looks like he was distracted, probably a bad memory, or something..?

"Well, whatever it is...I'm right here." I say, giving him a peck on the cheek

"Heh...thanks Aph" he leans closer to me until are lips meet. When we parted I gave off a small giggle as we lean are heads together, and we just saved like that.

=MAGICAL TIME CHANGE= (around 30-40 minutes)

Laurance and I were sitting against the tree, starring into the horizon. It was silent but not an awkward silence.

I look over to Laurance "What if you came with me to Phoenix Drop..?" I ask.

"I would love to!... Wait, but...my father wouldn't let me." He says in a disappointed tone

"What...why..?"

"As my father always says: Guard training comes first..." He says looking back at me

"Oh....okay." I replied while looking away, on the point to tears...

He cuddles up to me which makes me forget I was sad, and I start to giggle but I try to hide it. He starts to cuddle up to my neck, I look over to him

"Promise me that you won't forget me..."

"I wouldn't dream of it!" I say as I cuddle back

"You Promise..?!" "I Promise..." He gives me a quick kiss on my cheek which makes the heat rise onto my face, as I slowly drift into a deep slumber.

I fall asleep to the words that I can barely make out "I love you..."
