Luckily for Bobbi she's allowed inside class, but appointed the empty chair at the back of the room. This she isn't entirely happy with as she wants to start sitting in the front row. Used to sitting at either the second and third row, but if she wants a teacher to grab her full attention, she knows she has to sit in front of everyone. No distractions. Sitting in the front shows her eagerness to learn, which is what Bobbi wants to portray to all her teachers. Gain a good reputation. Participate in class. Your typical B average student gets you nowhere, Bobbi believes.

Senior year is the one that matters if she wants to make her mother proud. Show her she can work hard, is as dedicated to her education like her mother was, and of course, let her dad see she is the right person to own Gracious Gardens.

When lunch rolls around, Bobbi decides to tell Jamelia about her little encounter with the new guy. Let's her know his lack of manners and his arrogance, if Jamelia is still interested, even the slightest, in introducing herself to him. Their conversation went like this:

'Oh, by the way, that new guy you said his name is Robert, don't get involved with him.' Bobbi believes that's all to it, like there's nothing else to add, end of discussion, as she absent-mindedly runs her finger in circular motions around the palm of Nick's hand.

'Why?' Jamelia prods from her friend, her mouth full. She blushes, remembering Nick is sitting with them, so she can't be disgusting with her friend and tries to be more ladylike, which is quite out of character for her.

'I thought I could do him a favour and find out a bit about him for you by helping him get to his class. All I gathered was he's rude. Very rude. He had the nerve to shoo me.'

Jamelia and Nicholas both snort.

'He "shooed" you?' Jamelia's eyebrow quirks up, amusement evident in her dark blue eyes.

'Yeah. Just thought I'd give you the little heads up on Mr. Anti-social.' She rolls her eyes and drinks her water.

A shoulder raised, Jamelia replies, 'Okay. I wasn't really interested-interested in him. I just saw it as a little "ooh we can flirt" thing because he's yum, but thanks for the gesture anyway.'

Nicholas throws his arm over Bobbi's shoulders, pulling her closer to his chest.

**
Bobbi stands behind the counter in Gracious Gardens, alone and bored. Alba, the manager, trusts Bobbi to work on her own and lock up while she went to collect her son from piano lessons. It is seldom when Bobbi works alone but she manages. She likes to be in charge some days as it gives her a feel of what it will be like when she will own the shop in the near future.

Her elbow on the counter, her hand supporting her head up, she puffs out some air and looks around. She stretches her arms and yawns, enjoys the feeling of it. Considers locking up early, it is near closing time, but decides against it. She can't help but feel she needs to be somewhere else, yet anyone could come in. Doubts it, but still.

Bobbi stands corrected as two people enter the shop together. A woman who looks to be in her early thirties, and Robert. Didn't expect to see him here. Bobbi perks up from her bored demeanour, switching it to lively and is attentive of them.

The woman stands in her spot, scoping the flower shop -Robert behind her- before recognising Bobbi to her right. Her light brown eyes brighten and she makes her way to the counter. Robert follows her - he still looks bored, wow.

His face needs to be introduced to more facial expressions, Bobbi thinks, her eyebrows furrow at him. Her eyes focus on the kind looking lady in front of her. Spots some resemblance between them; his brown, chocolate shade of hair matches the woman's. Figures she's his mom. Except his mother looks more friendly and she smiles. A lovely and warm smile she has.
