Chapter 17: Tsukiko's transformation

After spending the night at Harumi's restaurant, the group set out to find the burial cave of the spring beast to find the spring crystal.

They're walking down the forest path toward south, Tsukiko thought about what Harumi told her...
"What? You mean you can't fix my memories..." Tsukiko said
"Yeah...," Harumi said "But once you know that you're memories are changed it will be restored again, it just need some time.."

'So it's going to take some time for my memories to be fully restored...' Tsukiko thought,

"Huh, so we have to find a field of cherry blossoms," Kagome said
"Man there's gotta be many of them," Inuyasha said
"Well it can't be help, after all we must gather the beast's power for Tsukiko to defeat this Fuyukotsu," Miroku said

"Anyway, what's this Fuyukotsu guy like look like?" Inuyasha asked
"Well I've never spoke with the man, all I know is that he's the winter beast," Tsukiko said
"Is he strong?" Inuyasha asked
"Well I only heard of his powers from Harumi, I've never seen it with my own eyes,"
"That right.....huh? Sniff sniff, something smells," Inuyasha said

"It's blood..." Tsukiko frowned
They all head towards the smell of the blood,
They arrived to another village which had been slain, thank goodness that there are survivors,

"Excuse me ma'am but what exactly happened here?" Miroku asked
"Black Demons......black demons attacked our village...my son...he's badly injured, please help him," The woman cried holding his son's wounded body,
"Please let me look at hi-ah! This...this boy.." Tsukiko was surprised to see the boy,

"Tsukiko, you know this boy?" Sango asked
"This village...I've also been here," Tsukiko said shocked
"What?..." The others were also shocked,

Tsukiko then healed the boy's wounds, the others also went to help the survivors,
Aiding to their wounds and scars, helping them store food also helping them bury the dead,
Tsukiko had just finished healing the wounded villagers, she sat under a tree near the village, exhausted...

'This is the second village that's attacked....are there more? Are all of those people I helped still alive?' Tsukiko thought,
"Tsukiko, are you alright?" Kagome asked her,
"I just can't believe the village that I had been are destroyed, I never should've gone to their village," Tsukiko said hiding her face between her legs,

"No, what you did was right, you helped those villagers, there's nothing wrong with what you did," Kagome said as she held Tsukiko's shoulder,

Meanwhile
"Whew, I guess we are finish," Miroku said wiping his forehead,
"I wonder what that woman said about black demons..." Inuyasha said
"Yeah I've been thinking about it myself," Sango said

"You don't think it's the darkness that done all of this?" Sango said
"Could be...Fuyukotsu and the darkness is after Tsukiko, so it makes sense that only the villages that Tsukiko had been are the ones that are attacked," Miroku said

"AHHHHH!!" Suddenly a scream can be heard,
Inuyasha, Sango and Miroku quickly went towards the scream,
Tsukiko, Kagome and so does Sesshomaru heard the scream, when they all arrived they are surprised to see Kirara going on a rampage,
