Chapter 52: Inside Fuyukotsu

In the next day...
The tension in the air is high as Tsukiko and the group are preparing to face Fuyukotsu, Kohaku came to the village to check on them. Ever since last night, Tsukiko was able to sense a strong dark and powerful energy coming from far away, because of this they will be able to find Fuyukotsu's whereabouts.
Finally they're all set to depart for their battle.

"I guess we're ready," Kagome said
"Yeah...I just hope everything will be alright," Sango said
"Don't worry Sango, we've faced dangers like this many times. We'll come back safe and sound," Miroku said reassuring Sango,
"Yes...you're right Miroku," Sango said placing her hand on top of Miroku's,

"Is everyone ready?" Tsukiko asked as she emerged from the hut,
The tattoos on her body are now visible ever since she completed all of the crystal's powers.
"Whoa...," The others are amazed to see them as they look at Tsukiko in awe, they were unable to see them when she slept last night.

"Now all that we have to do is go find Fuyukotsu and defeat him!" Inuyasha said
"That's right! Once we beat him...everything will be fine!" Tsukiko said
"Everyone I wish you all good luck," Kaede said
"Thank you Kaede, we'll be off now," Kagome said

"Come home safe!!"

After they leave the village, two familiar figure are standing a few meters away from them.
"Harumi?...Natsuhiko!?" Tsukiko runs up to them,
"I see your already prepared to leave," Natsuhiko said
"W-why are you guys here?" Tsukiko asked,

"Isn't it obvious, we'll fight too," Harumi said taking Tsukiko's hands in hers,
"We sensed the dark energy as well...let us help you," Natsuhiko said
"Huh? B-but..." Tsukiko seemed hesitant, then Natsuhiko places his hand on her shoulder,
"Let us help you, I want to fight....for Katsumi's sake..." Natsuhiko said

*note : Katsumi was Natsuhiko's trusted servant until he was killed by Fuyukotsu

"I understand...thank you, you two...for everything," Tsukiko said
"Sure..." Harumi said hugging her, "I can't believe you're such a grown up now...,"
"Haha..." Tsukiko laughs wryly,

And so, they all head toward the source of the dark energy.
After a few hours of flying in the air, Tsukiko is being carried by Sesshomaru, Sango and Miroku along with Shippo is riding on Kirara, Natsuhiko and Harumi are flying, Inuyasha and Kagome are riding on a cloud that was made by Tsukiko using her power.
Then they see a huge black cloud floating on top of a mountain, and they see many demons heading towards the black cloud.
"These demons...it's almost like three years ago when we battled Naraku," Sango said
"Indeed, they must be drawn by the enormous dark energy," Miroku said

"There," Sesshomaru said
Everyone turns to look at the center of the dark cloud and sees a large black orb floating in the sky.
"There he is...inside that orb," Tsukiko said
"Then that's where we're going, let's go!" Inuyasha said

Suddenly, a swarm of Fuyukotsu's puppets appear in front of them.
"Here we go!" Harumi said and they all prepare to fight. Tsukiko went to fly on her own as Sesshomaru unsheathe his sword,

"AHHHHHH!! WIND SCAR!!"
"BAKUSAIGA!!" With the combined power of the wind scar and Bakusaiga, the puppets were eliminated but more just come flying toward them.
"Damn it! We have to get inside!" Inuyasha said

"Everyone get near me!" Tsukiko said
"Huh? But why?" Kagome asked,
"We're going to break through this swarm!" Tsukiko said with a confident smile,
And they went closer toward Tsukiko, and Tsukiko forms a large ball of light around them.
