"I'm only going to ask you one more time! Who are you?" Jack shouted, his hands slamming down onto one of the lab tables. He rotated asking between the boy and the girl, he refused to result to violence...for now. Jack sighed in frustration.
Rose walked up to Jack and whispered, "Let me talk with them, let me try okay?" Jack grumbled but let her through to the suspects.
"My Name is Rose. We are just a team of sci-fi nerds who found something interesting that might be related to something important and we ended up here. Now we just need you to talk, we won't hurt you." Rose said, refusing to turn to violence for answers.
The boy spoke, "So you're not cops, just some stupid nerds?" He laughed harshly.
"Yep, that's us." Rose said calmly.
"You don't look like nerds, especially you, you're quite hot for a nerd." The boy said to Rose.
"Keep your thoughts to yourself." Mickey warned the boy, taking a protective step towards Rose.
"So, can you tell me your names?" Rose asked, ignoring the boy's comment.
"Jane and Wes." The girl said barely audible.
"Hm, what?" Rose asked.
"My name is Jane and he is Wes." The girl spoke clearly this time. "Why are you here?" She spoke with anger in her eyes.
"We're wondering the same thing about you two." Rose said firmly, folding her arms across her chest, a sign of authority. "How old are you two? What are you guys doing in an old abandoned lab like this?" Rose pressed.
"Why should we tell you?" Wes said, glaring at the team.
"Because if you don't we are going to have a problem and we will have to take you back to our place. I don't think you want to." Jack said walking up next to Rose.
"What are you going to do? Take us to your mom's basement and use your fake props?" He said jeeringly.
"No far worse, I don't think you should mess around with us." Jack threatened, giving them one more chance to cooperate.
"We're not afraid. Go ahead." Wes replied, a small wicked smile upon his face.
"Mickey, you get the girl and I'll get him. Were taking them back to the Tower." Jack ordered.
They handcuffed Wes and Jane's hands and loaded them into the back of their equipment van. Rose drove with Susan in the passenger seat while the boys sat in the back, watching the suspects.
When they got back to Torchwood, they put covers on Jane and Wes's heads and locked them in separate cells.
"Not quite the basement you had in mind?" Jack chuckled quietly at Wes's reaction.
"No. Where are we?!"
"Welcome To Torchwood. Enjoy your stay." Jack smirked.
*A couple hours later*
"We will have to get answers out of them somehow Jack." Rose said.
"I know, let me handle it this time. Now go home, I'm going to stay behind and finish up some paper work." Jack sighed.
"I'm not leaving until you get some tea." Rose knew Jack was exhausted, it was the least she could do. Rose brought Jack a cuppa. "Don't..don't hurt them, kay? More importantly don't hurt yourself." Rose advised.
"Not that I want to hurt them but if the job requires it...I wont do anything serious or life threatening, especially to the girl. She seems more willing to cooperate." Jack sighed, massaging his temples. He didn't enjoy this part of the job, he never liked hurting anyone.
"Don't stay too late. I'll catch ya tomorrow." Rose waved goodbye as she walked out of the room.

A little while later Rose returned into her flat. She thought of what she could do. Maybe I'll invite Susan or Mickey over for pizza? No, I'd rather be alone for now. Rose still ordered a pizza and decided to have a netflix marathon of her favorite show, Sherlock. She eventually finished a couple episodes of Sherlock and by then it was getting late. Guess I will have to have to watch my Supernatural Marathon later. She yawned and extended her arms above her head, stretching. She hopped into her bed and cuddled herself in the covers. Rose shortly fell asleep and started snoring from exhaustion.
