Chapter Fifty // {???'s pov}

"Hello?" I called out to a man standing outside his car. I raised my hands up in surrender as I walked towards him. Morgan trailed behind me, doing the same thing.
His gun went straight up at me, aiming for my head. The man's eyes remained trained on Morgan.
"Who are you? What do you want?" the man automatically asked, glaring at us both.
"This is Morgan, he's looking for a friend and I'm Collin, I'm looking for my daughter, Jordan and son, Hudson."

"Anything go wrong on the run?" I questioned Daryl. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see Beth and Jordan carrying large bags full of medication.
"Nah, we got lots of shit, they won't be runnin' out for a while," Daryl informed. I nodded slowly.
"How about Jordan?" I asked, more quietly. She wasn't herself, I wasn't sure if it was because she was hungover or not.
"What do ye mean?" Daryl questioned. He threw his crossbow onto his back.
"Something's not right," I muttered. Beth started walking up to us, alone.
"Jordan went home, just so y'all know," the young girl spoke, walking past us.
"Why?" I called out to her. The blonde turned around to us both.
"Said somethin' about havin' a headache," she answered before walking off.
I turned back to Daryl, "that isn't like her."
He shook his head slowly, "she didn't do much on the run. She killed a walker pretty aggressively. She jus' wandered around 'nd then found the pain killers, that's it," Daryl answered.
I frowned. I was really worried for her. I didn't understand what happened.
"Did you see her at the party?" I asked him.
"Nah, Beth asked where she was at the party because she never saw 'er. Jordan said somethin' about drinkin' too much alcohol but, I was near the drinks the whole night, I never saw her once," Daryl explained, frowning a little.
"I'll go see her, something isn't adding up," I decided. He nodded. We both parted and went our separate ways.
I walked towards Jordan's house a fairly fast pace. I was hoping she didn't lock the door this time. I walked up to the porch and put my ear to the door.
It was silent. Not a sound. I carefully turned the handle. It was unlocked. I pushed open the door and was met with warm air. I stepped inside and closed to door behind me, quietly. Just in case she was asleep. I decided to go to the lounge room first.
It was the exact same way as when I was last here. Although, a few bullets were left on the table.
I quietly made my way to the kitchen. I noticed a lot of soap near the tap, but it didn't bother me -- what did was the small packet on the kitchen bench.
I picked it up and read over it.
"Birth Control / The Pill"
I frowned at them. Jordan wanted a child. She told me that. She said as soon as we were safe, we could try again. I stuffed them in my back pocket.
