(Y/N)'s P.O.V.
The next day I woke up at the sound of my bitchy alarm. I smashed it shut and shoot up. Yesterday, mom and dad said I could stay home for another few days but I actually really wanted to go to school again. Kinda got bored at home.
While humming to the sound of my favourite song I dressed up in my school uniform. My hair in a high ponytail.
After brushing my teeth,  I walked down three stairs to see my mom.
"You sure you want to go?"
"Yeah I do. But at seven I'm going out."
"With who?!" My dad interfered.
"Just Cameron" but my heart picked up the pace when I said his name.
"That boy who always comes for you? Isn't he a celebrity?" Mom asked.
"Yeah he is. Did you made breakfast?" Mom handed me a lunchbox and I putted it in my bag.
"I'll drive you. You're not ready yet for cycling."
"Dad..."
"That's what the doctor says." Mom interfered.
"Fine. Just hurry up"

10 minutes later we arrived at school. Luckily no paparazzi. They really were getting on my nerves. I waved dad goodbye and entered the school. And again I had the feeling I was being watched. Annoyed by it, I quickly walked to my class and sat down at my desk.
"(Y/N)? You're back?!" Sarah entered the class.
She quickly walked to her desk in front of me and sat down.
"I've heard about Amy. Must be painful" I just nodded while trying not to cry again.
"And... I just have to know. There are rumors you're dating Cameron Boyce. Is it true?" She continued but this time softer.
I started blushing and wildly shook my head.
"Noooo!!! I'm NOT dating him."
Sarah raised her eyebrow but chuckled.
"I've never seen you this way. You sure have changed"
"Yeah... I suppose" I half-smiled back.
"But you met Cameron right?"
"Yeah... when I got a handwriting for Amy."
"He's cute isn't he?"
"Yeah... he's adorable with his cute freckles..." I started daydreaming.
That's when I realised I was saying it all to Sarah and I blushed a deep red. Sarah was just smiling like a freak at me.
"S-Stop! It's embarrassing!"
"You're becoming a fangirl!"
"I am?" I asked nervous.
I didn't quite like the idea. What was the difference between love and being a fangirl?
"You will be. That's for sure" she smiled.

That's when our teacher and the other kids came in. Ms Amerold nodded at me like she said 'welcome back'. After that she asked everyone to be silent.
"Silent please. I have an announcement to make." The mumbling became silent and Ms Amerold continued.
"Today you'll be getting a new student. It's pretty special because he was homeschooled for almost his entire life."
"He? So we'll be getting a new boy in our class?" Sarah mumbled to me.
"Who will it be?" I mumbled curious back.
"He'll arrive in 15 minutes if I'm right. Till then, open your textbook at page 12 and start reading." And so we did.

After 20 minutes the door opened and the principal Mr Green came in.
"Students! From this day on you'll have a new 'friend'. Take good care of him."
"Yes principal Green" we all said in unison.
"Good. Now come in!" And the principal waved for the new boy to come in.
And so came the new boy in. I immediately recognised him. My eyes widened when he turned to the class and smiled.
"Hey!" He said.
"CAMERON BOYCE?!" Everyone shouted.
You could say that's when hell started. Almost every girl jumped up and ran to him to either hug him or shake his hand. I just sat down. Frozen... what did he do here?!
"OKAY OKAY ENOUGH! EVERYONE SIT DOWN!" The principal finally yelled.
The girls let Cameron go and quietly sat down again.
"He's a student now to so please act normal. Your not beasts are you" after that he left.
"Cameron, you can choose were you want to sit. Space enough..." Ms Amerold said smiling. I could tell she was a bit nervous to.
Cameron looked at the spaces he could sit until his eyes fell on me. His eyes widened and his cheeks became a light pink.
"Next to her" he mumbled and pointed to me.
"Okay, I'll write it down. You already have your books?" Cameron nodded and sat down next to me.
Angry mumbles were heard but I ignored them. I couldn't care less about them.
Sarah turned around and winked at me. My cheeks hottened and I quickly started to read again. At least I tried. But having him next to me didn't make it much easier.
After 5 minutes of trying I gave up. I carefully looked at Cameron and he noticed. He also looked at me and smiled.

"Didn't know you were in this school to"  he wrote at a piece of paper.
"Didn't know you would go to school" I wrote back.

The next hour was music. My favorite.
"Today we're gonna do it different. You're going to team up in pairs of two and practise a song you choose. The day after tomorrow you have to perform it in front of the class." Mr Bulk said when everyone sat down.
"You want t-" Cameron started but quickly got cut off.
"Boys and girls mixed!" Mr Bulk said and that's when almost every girl stood up and raced to Cameron.
"Do you want to pair up?"
"I'm the best Singer in the class"
"I'm performing on stage every weekend"
Cameron sighed and stood up.
"Jeez girls. Calm down. I already chose"
"Who did you choose?" Sarah curiously asked.
After all, she was his fan to.

"(Y/N), want to pair up?" Cameron looked at me.
I slowly smiled and nodded.
"O-Okay... but I'm not a great Singer"
"I don't care..." his caring smile made my heart melt. Did he really care for me that much?
