When she saw the blood in her underwear she didn't know what that meant and went to ask Vash. Every time she tried he'd push her away or tell her to say it in a few minutes. She soon got feed up that she stood up, faced her brother and yell:
"Vash I have blood in my underwear, I don't know why, and I don't know what to do! So can you please just help me with this!?"
The entire conference went silent and stared at her in shock. All the girl nations then lead her out of the room to help her change and tell her what was happening to her body.
The rest rage, threatened, lectured the Switzerland for not telling his sister about puberty.
