The countries are in constant pain.
There is always something going on in their country like, murder, robberies, children being taken away, and much more.
Sometimes it's bearable; maybe some discomfort but they can stand it. At times they have to take medicine to ease the pain because it hurts to much.
If it's a full on major attack in their country, they get wounds.
