I watched my brothers and their human friends interact wishing that I could join in. But I had to remain a secret. I was a failed experiment of the kraang adopted when my brothers were two when I had fallen from the transport vehicle into their sewer grate. No outsider could know about me or I would put them all in danger. Part panther part human. I always had my furry cat ears and tail but I held a secret that only our father and Raphael knew. "Sorina are you alright?" Dad asked. "Yes I just wish I could join them." I said softly. "I know my little one. Remember tonight you go topside." Dad said placing his hand on my shoulder. "Yes I remember how could I not. And they won't be joining me again will they?" I said turning to dad. "You may cross paths as they will be patrolling the city." Dad said in his usual round about way. I simply nodded and went to prepare for tonight. I curled up on my bed and waited for the moon. I could hear my brothers saying goodbye to their friends and dispersing for a little. Surprisingly I heard a knock on my door. "Come in!" I said sitting up as Raph entered my room. "Hey sora. Ready for tonight?" He asked. "As I'll ever be. As always." I said glancing at the clock. "Do you want me to stay?" He asked making me smile. Once he would insist on staying with me but now with the nightly patrols it was rare he would offer. "Na go on I'm sure Mikey is up to something." I said nodding towards my door where there was suddenly a crash. "Alright. Be safe." Raph said leaving me alone just as I felt the pull.
