It's been five years exactly since I turned sixteen and we destroyed the X Race.

That means it's my birthday once again except I'm turning twenty.

Myself and Max have big news to tell everyone.

"You ready?" Max asked.

"Yes. Yes I am. Here it goes." I replied.

We were about to announce the big news to everyone.

"Everybody! Quiet!" James said into the microphone.

Since the crowd is huge, and so is the room, we needed a microphone.

"Alecxis and Max are here!" he shouted.

I smiled a big smile.

"Ok listen up everyone!" Max said into the mic. "Today we are going to tell you the big news." he place the microphone in front of the two of us.

I spoke first.

"I'm.. I'm pregnant!" it felt so good to get that out.

Cheers and whoops filled the room.

Then Max spoke once the room was quiet.

"Myself and Alecxis are going to get married before the baby is born."

Everyone gasped and then cheered.

"Happy birthday Alecxis." Max said gently.

"Thank you Max." I kissed him on the lips.

"Let's go. It's late and we still need to do our evening walk." Max took my hand and we said our goodbyes.

Time goes so fast. I mean, only five months ago did we announced the marriage...

It was the day of the wedding. I was so excited and nervous. To be honest with you, I've never attended a wedding before. And neither has Max.

Kyra and Niav were with me getting dressed up for the wedding. Some of the female workers in H.Q. were helping me get ready myself.

My wedding dress was NOT you average wedding dress. Instead of being white, it was a pale blue. My hair was tied up and my fringe was hooked behind my left ear, slightly covering my left eye.

The other girls said that was not the way to dress up for a wedding but I just said that this wasn't a normal wedding. Not by a long shot.

Also I had to cover my eye anyway because the left eye was going crazy. Literally. Instead of being the icy blue it normally is, it was a forever changing rainbow.

This was happening because I had mixed emotions. Not bad ones, just some like love, nervousness, self-conscious, worry and a few more.

I looked in the full body mirror.

"Oh my god! Thank you so much for helping me!" I squealed out of excitement. I may be twenty but I had the attitude and personality as a child.

I was standing on the alter with Max as the ceremony had begun. Everyone who was close to us was there like our families and a few close friends.

"Do you, Max Lighting, take Alecxis Powers to be you're...." it went on for a while.

"I do." I said.

"You may kiss the bride."

We kissed and then we were officially married.

After the ceremony finished up, we went around, talking to friends and family alike.

"Well done on getting married sis!" Jack congratulated me.

"Thanks." I said.

"You're all grown up!" Aidan was messing around despite being twenty two.

"Yeah." I smiled.

Again, just because I'm twenty doesn't mean I have to act formal. In fact, this wedding isn't a formal one.

Yes it has the normal wedding ceremony and all but remember, this place is full of people who can use magic. So why would we want a NORMAL wedding?

We all piled into the main dining hall and sat down.

Max and I say beside each other and our families say on that side.

I was on the left with my family and Max was on the right with his own family.

We did a toast and then, as it is at a normal wedding, myself and Max did a speech.

Max went first.

"I thank you all for coming and being so supportive to myself and my beautiful wife." neither of us had gotten used to that. "Today will be a day to remember. Thank you all for making this day so special for us." he sat down and I stood up.

"I just want to say, thank you all the support we've had here and throughout our lives. I want to say a special thanks to our families. They've always been there for us, even when things seemed impossible. Five years ago, when the X Race invaded, I nearly have up hope if it weren't for all of you. And the biggest thanks I have to give is to my husband, Max. He always knows what to do when I'm sad or anxious. Thank you." I sat down, cheeks burning hot.

I hate doing speeches but we agreed on keeping some normal wedding traditions.

"Let's do this!" Max shouted.

I changed into my normal clothes and so did everyone else.

Guess what was happening. Yep. Myself and Max were fighting. Not to kill but to be victorious and see, once and for all, who's stronger.

Even though I was pregnant, I could still fight. Also I had help by using magic.

We were allowed go all out and once one of us had a red X above us, that meant that person loses.

I need to get the red X to appear on Max.

The way things work are weird, I'll admit that but the red X appears because it is a detection spell. Once it detects that one of us can carry on, it'll appear and block anymore attacks.

"Lightning Storm!" Max shot lightning bolts and me that were mixed with water.

I dodged.

"You're on now!" I yelled.

I created two swords and threw them at Max, just missing his arm.

I made a bow and used that. Max did an enchantment and turned my bow into air.

"Elemental Savage Storm!" I called upon all the elements and shot them at Max. They intertwined with each other and created tornado like storm.

We fought for a while until we both got a red X.

"That's impossible!" Max shouted.

"It's supposed to go on ONE of us!" I couldn't help but yell too.

"It's because you're both evenly matched." James said.

"Yes." Ren, Max's father agreed.

"But-" both myself and Max were about to protest.

"No buts. It's true. Also that means that your child will be very strong too." the leader interrupted.

I didn't say anything.

"Stop acting like a child." Yui told us. She's one of the females who helped me get ready.

"Butt outta this." I hissed.

You see? Not a normal wedding at all.
