Aidan handed the microphone to Aliyah.

"We have big news and all of you here are the first ones to know." Aliyah began.

I knew that whatever it was, Aidan wouldn't be telling us. Aidan gets nervous about these kind of things. I think he has stage fright.

So, Aidan can fight giant dragons and ugly monsters but he can't speak in front of a small crowd? Oh well.

"I'm giving birth soon." Aliyah finally announced.

Chatter rose up in the huge room. Aidan and Aliyah came down from the stage. Aliyah went to her family while Aidan came over to his.

"Congrats, bro." Jack congratulated Aidan.

I didn't know what to say, mainly because I was going to say 'congrats' but Jack beat me to it. So instead, I gave Aidan a big hug.

"So you're gunna be a father soon?" I asked, pulling away.

"You know it. Though I'm a bit nervous." Aidan replied.

"You'll get over it soon enough." Max assured my brother.

"Yeah." Aidan grinned.

We talked for a bit then Aidan and Aliyah switched places, so Aidan could finally meet Aliyah's family and, well Aliyah already knows us but we still talked.

"Congrats Aliyah." I said, beating Jack to it. "Not this time Jack." I smiled sweetly.

"Whatever." he muttered.

"Is the baby a girl or a boy?" James asked, changing the subject.

"Actually, I'm having twins. Twin boys to be exact." Aliyah answered.

"Oh wow." I didn't mean to say that out loud. "Oops.. Sorry."

"It's fine."

"How come you're parents don't seem that happy?" Max questioned, seeing Aidan walk back to us.

"Oh, Well, they're not the keen on my being a mother. They were just barely getting over myself and Aidan getting married then this came up." Aliyah explained.

"Really? I would've thought they'd be happy for you." I stated.

"They are. My dad thinks I'm not ready to have a child, let alone twins."

"There's nothing he can do about that. Anyway, you're like, twenty six or something, right?" I asked, trying not to be rude.

"Twenty seven. But that's besides the point. He just... Doesn't agree of my relationship with Aidan." Aliyah told us in a sad voice.

"He seems pissed at me for some reason." Aidan joined in.

"I wonder why." I thought out loud.

"I think we're about to find out why." Jack and James said in unison.

I peered over Aidan's shoulder and saw Aliyah's mom and dad coming towards us. Her dad had a frown on his face.

"Uh. Maria, take your brothers over to Kyra and Kyle. This isn't something you kids need to worry about." I told them firmly.

"Ok.." Maria took her brothers' hands and left, half dragging them away.

"Hello." Maria's mom greeted.

"Aren't you going to introduce us, Aliyah?" he dad questioned in an irritated voice.

"Of course!" Aliyah mouthed the words 'Sorry about him' then introduced her family to us. "This is my Dad, Liam and my Mom, Flora."

"Hi." Jack greeted.

"Hello." James said, shaking hands with Liam.

"Nice to meet you." I greeted politely.

There was silence until Aidan spoke up.

"Now that you know Liam and Flora, it's time I introduce you guys to them." Aidan told us, breaking the tension. "This my two older brother, James and my other brother, Jack. This is my younger sister, Alecxis and over there," Aidan pointed to where Kyra, Kyle, Sky, Maria and Leo were. "Are my two younger siblings, Kyra and Kyle. The other three are Maria, Leo and Sky. This guy here," Aidan pointed at Max. Max waved his hand. "Is my brother in law, Max."

I stood there, waiting to see Liam and Flora's reaction.

"It's very nice to finally meet you all." Flora said.

I felt uncomfortable so I spoke up.

"Well, now that that's out of the way, myself and Max will have to excuse ourselves. The kids need to wash before we go out tonight. Goodbye everyone." I pulled Max's hand and left the group. We headed to where Kyle and Kyra were with our sons and daughter.

"We're going out tonight?" Max questioned in confusion once we were out of earshot.

"We are now." I answered.

"Oh."

"Sky! Leo! Maria! Time to go!" I yelled.

"Ok mam!" Sky got up and came over to Max and myself, followed by Maria and Leo, who were racing each other.

"You go ahead. I need to say hi to my brother and sister." I insisted.

"Alright." Max said.

Himself and the kids left the main hall.

"Hey Alecxis!" Kyle rushed over to me, with Kyra behind him.

"Hey guys. How's life living with your idiot brothers?" I asked.

"Not that bad." Kyle replied.

"Yes that bad." Kyra said, nodding her head to show it was really bad.

"You should be used to it. After, you HAVE lived with those boys all your life." I reasoned.

"Doesn't make it any easier." Kyra pouted.

"Whatever you say. Anyhow, I'd better run. I'll see you two around." I said goodbye them left.

I was in the shower as Max and the others were done.

I was wondering how long Aliyah and Aidan had kept that a secret. I mean, I DID notice that Aliyah's... Stomach was a bit.... Bigger than normal but I had just thought I was tired from the amount of paper work I had recently done.

I turned the water off and stepped out of the shower. I put on the towel quickly then headed for my room, using Illusion Magic to cover me.

I used magic to dry my hair.

I changed into a yellow, reasonable length dress, it went down to my knees. It had a layer of lace over the actual dress and it wasn't too flashy or anything. Just right for me.

I tied up my hair because it was long and tended to get in the way when I was eating.

There was a knock on the door.

"Who is it?" I called.

"It's me." came a familiar voice.

"Come in, Maria."

Maria came in, her long, black hair was dry. She was wearing her dressing gown and a loose pajama top and bottoms.

"I need some help with my dress."

"Ok. Slip into it and I'll do the rest." I told her.

Living in a house with three boys and two girls, we needed to stick with each other. That was a problem since I was away a lot more often nowadays.

My family and myself were at a restaurant in Earth. {The Earth we live in.}

"Why do we have to go to Earth?" Leo was complaining. His version of a night out wasusing his powers fighting bad guys in another world.

"Because you three need to learn to act normal around humans. Also, this is a night out to enjoy." I replied in a low voice.

We couldn't go around talking like that on Earth. People would think that we are mentally insane!
