Chapter 4

Seunghee POV

1 year later

We are still enemies with Monsta X. Meanwhile these days Kihyun has been acting like a nice guy because aside from the fact that he doesn't bother me unlike his other members is he helps me at school work when I didn't understand a math problem.

I am at the library today reviewing for a quiz. While looking for a book I saw Kihyun also looking for a book he must be also studying. When I already found the book I was looking for I had a bit of trouble. Ask why because the book was too high up. I tried to reach it but with my small hight I don't think I can. Suddenly someone grabbed the book. When I looked to see who it was. I saw it was Kihyun.

"You looked like you needed help here" he said while giving the book to me

"Yeah I did thanks by the way" I said while looking for more books to read.

"You look like the bookworm type" he said while still following me.

"Yeah" I said while getting another book. I sat on the nearest chair and started reading.

It kinda bothered me that Kihyun was still there looking at me while I was reading. After a good 30 minutes of reading I finally said it.

"You can stop looking now" I said

"Oh i'm sorry did I bother you" he said while massaging the back of his neck

"No you just distracted me but it's okay" I said sarcastically but not sounding like a mean person

"Hey can I walk you to class?" he asked which made me laugh

"We're in the same class and of course you can" I said

While walking a lot of students freaked and kept on whispering about me and Kihyun . Well who wouldn't the queenka of the school is walking with the new kingka.

"Don't mind them okay" I said because he looks uncomfortable because of the students whispering.

When we finally got in the classroom a lot more squeals were heared. My girls dragged me away asking questions.

"Why were you with him?" Arin asked

"Is there something we don't know?" Binnie asked

"What is your relationship with him?" Jiho asked

"He just offered to walk me to class and he helped me at the library." I explained to them calmly

Suddenly the homeroom teacher entered with other students namely students for our unnie's section making us go back to our respective seats.

"Well students as you all know every year we have a talent showcase. As you all know last year the winners were Oh My Girl!!!" She said while the students clapped for us

"So that there won't be any suspition of winners if ever Oh My Girl wins again this time will be a partnered performance. Like a partnership training." She continued.

A lot of students were sad and devastated because they can't group with their friends.

"I already have your partners listed. Here they are:

Jiho and Doyoung
Seunghee and Kihyun
Jine and Shownu
Hyojung and Minhyuk
Mimi and Jooheon
Yooa and Wonho
Binnie and Hyungwon
Arin and I.M

There is a meaning behind why I picked those pairs and you all know why you are partnered with each other" she said eyeing Monsta X and Oh My Girl pointing out their enemy relationship

"Wait I have to be partnered with this monkey" Arin complained

"Yah who you calling monkey. I also don't want to be partnered with you" I.M said

"Well I have to perform with this sleeping grandpa" Binnie said

"Yah I am not a grandpa and I don't sleep that much" Hyungwon protested

"I think he will suddenly sleep while performing" Arin teased

"It's unfair because both Kihyun and Seunghee are vocals in their group" Jiho complained

"Gwenchana princess we can beat them. We just need to practice hard" Doyoung said while putting his arms on Jiho's shoulder.

Oh well at least I am partnered with Kihyun and I heared that he is also very good at singing which gives us an advantage. After class Kihyun went to me.

"Hey Seunghee what do you think will be a good song to perform at the talent showcase." Kihyun asked

"Well we can talk about that later. When we have time okay" I said

"Arraso here'a my number you can call me if you have ideas for our performance" he said while giving me a piece of paper with his number on it.

"Oh gomawo arasso well I have to go now" I said while walking to my friends.

We now need to be close to Monsta X once again after a long time.
