Tonight I'm taking Melody on a date and god I'm nervous. With help from the guys it's all set up and ready to go I just need to sneak this dress into her room and then get ready and go but there's a slight problem. To do this I need her to fall asleep which at the minute is not going to be possible as she is practically bouncing off the walls.
I hear a thud and then fast foot steps. Melody then comes sliding in, in fluffy socks and then jumped onto the sofa continuously poking my cheek.
"Babe" *poke* "Babe." *poke* "Babe."*poke*
I swatted her hand away and laughed "what?"
"Where is the key to the gym?"
"Kitchen in the draw near the sink why?"
"Because I feel motivated, that's why." She gets off me and walks into the kitchen swaying her hips in the process. Gosh this woman. She walks back in telling me she will be in there for an hour or so, so as soon as she leaves I grab the dress from behind the sofa and sprint up to her room placing the it on her bed. I go to my room and send a quick text to the boys.
From Luke:"Gang it's time, get going!"
From Cal: "On it Chief ."
I smile at my phone. This is gonna be perfect. I grab some paper and write a note before going back to her room and place the note on the dress. The boys have my outfit with them so I don't need to worry about my clothes. I go down into the gym to see Mel not there. I was confused until I heard music come from the dance studio. I dont use it but a few of the girls here are ballet so that's the reason we have one. I opened the door to see melody dancing. She was amazing! the way she moved was just so flawless and fluent. (Routine at top- credit to the dacer she is amazing!) When she was finished i could help but clap making her jump.
"How much did you see of that?" She asked looking at the floor.
"All of it. You didn't tell me you could dance." I asked walking towards her.
"I'm not that good I just mess around a little." She shrugged her cheeks going pink as she looked up at me.
"Mel, baby you're amazing. Not only can you sing and play instruments but you can dance. Seriously if you could draw you would be the master of the arts." I chuckled wrapping my arms around her pulling her into me.
"Thank you." She wrapped her arms around me getting into her tiptoes and pecking my lips. Just as she was about to pull away I trailed my hand to her neck deepening the kiss. We carried on until we were gasping for air and pulled apart resting our foreheads together and smiling.
I pulled away standing straight and giving her a smile "I gotta go meet the guys. Something about boys day out." I chuckled kissing her forehead. She was quite a bit shorter than me, but that's just the omega in her. I'm around 6'4 and she comes to my chest so she must be around 5'4.
"Okay I'm gonna dance around a bit more." She kissed my cheek and walked over the the music speakers.
"Okay baby, I'll see you later." And with that I rushed upstairs and out the door. This has to go perfect.
Mel's POV:
It had been about an hour since I last saw Luke in the studio. I walked to the elevator to get a shower because I'm too lazy to walk up the stairs. I walked into my room to see the most beautiful dress I have seen in a long time. It's a backless, suede navy blue with a split up the leg and gold detail down the arm.

I saw a note sitting on the bed and I couldn't help but get really giddy and what it said.
You didn't think I forgot about the date now did you? Wear this and be ready for 7, the car will be outside waiting for you, Your mate, Luke.
I checked my phone to see it was 3pm. I decided to go for a quick power nap so I won't be tired in the date. I set my alarm for 5 and got under my covers falling asleep quickly.

My alarm went off and I practically ran into the shower washing myself with coconut body wash and washing my hair with coconut shampoo and conditioner. I shaved everywhere before getting out and going to my vanity.
I straightened my hair and decided to go for a natural look with my make up before putting the dress on. I checked the time to see it was 6:45. Okay 15 minutes to find a bag and shoes. I walked into my closet deciding on a pair of platform stiletto booties and a plain black clutch. By time it was finished I heard Liz over the intercom.
"Melody honey, the car is here for you." I quickly pressed the button to reply to her.
"Thanks Liz I'm on my way down now." I walked out my room to the elevator and made my way down to the ground floor. The elevator dinged and the doors opened to see Liz and Andrew waiting for me.
"Mel baby you look beautiful." Liz commented hugging me.
"Thank you."
"Have a great time and be safe." Andrew commented with a smirk causing me to blush.
"Oh shush Andrew. Right go you're gonna be late." She practically pushed me out the door and into a sleek black Chevy.
I wonder where he's taking me.

I really am a fuck up. I'm sorry guys Im just having trouble finding motivation at the minute I'm not fully sure why so I have decided to place this book on hold for a while so I can try and write chapters and then release them so I'm ahead. I'm sorry for such slow updates 😩
