Millennia ago, I tried taking critique requests. I ended up so overwhelmed that I have shut down that idea altogether, and ever since, my critiques are given out only if I so choose.
HOWEVER. There is a way you might get me to critique your book. In the comments, give me an elevator pitch. I'll put a form below. If I happen to like the pitch enough (there's literally a 95% chance I won't, because my critiques take forever and I have to feel it's a good fit), then I may pick your book to write a My Choice critique.
Above I mentioned a pitch. Basically, pretend I'm a publishing agent, or someone you're trying to sell the book to, or that basically, in general, you have to convince me of WHY I should read the book, why I should invest so much time into reviewing, why I might enjoy it, etc. It's a fine line between stating true facts and bragging, but don't be falsely humble either. If there's something truly unique about your story that may make me want to read it, then I want to know about it.
I won't accept necessarily every request. A lot of it depends on how well you answer the questions in the form. I want to critique for people who seriously care about their story, not who just want to use a critique as an excuse for more reads and comments. That's not what I do. So, consider your answers carefully. Your pitch can easily make or break your request. I'll add you to my "Aria" reading list if you have made it past the first level of screening and are potentially in line for a review.

There are three depth levels, the higher the number the more in-depth the review type.
