~I guess this is good bye part two~

Sakura woke up to the sun beaming in her face. She grabbed her phone and see what day it was which she immediately regretted it.

"Today's the day..." She slowly got up from her bed and stretched and went to the bathroom to take care of her daily hygiene. Tem minutes later she walked out and put her clothes on and went down the hall into the kitchen.

"Morning."

"Good morning dear." Her mother said with a big smile. "Today's the big day!"

"I know. It's like the day just snuck up on me."

"Me too. I didn't want my baby to grow up and leave so soon!" Her mother said pinching her cheeks.

"Hahaha Mom stop." Sakura laughed. "I'm not a baby anymore..."

"Oh you'll always be my baby."

"Good morning dear!" Her father Kizashi said kissing her cheek. "Morning Sakura! You excited for today?"

"Yeah. I won't suffer from your terrible jokes anymore." She smirked.

"Aw you love my jokes!"

"Dad only mom likes your jokes."

"No I do not!" Her mother said.

"So none of you like my jokes? You have no sense of humor. Only that Naruto kid appreciates my jokes! Hmph!" Kizashi said and sat at the dinner table.

Sakura's smile faded at the mention of Naruto and her mother noticed. "Hey sweetie what's the matter?"

"What do you mean Mom? I'm fine." Sakura protested.

"But when your father mentioned Naruto, your smiled faded. Wait did you confess to him yesterday? Did he reject you?!" She asked.

"Yeah how did that little thing go yesterday Saku chan?" Her father enquired.

"...I didn't tell him." She confessed.

"What?" Both parents said in unison.

"Yeah I mean i was going to but before I could tell him, his guardian had called him to come home ASAP." She explained.

"Oh.."

"Yeah. I just told him that we're going to have to keep in contact through
Skype, FaceTime, and meet up with the others during our holiday leave. I should've said it right then and there. Maybe then he would know how I feel about him."

"Sweetie it's ok. You'll get another chance!" Kizashi said.

"Yeah but what if I'm too late. What if he was done liking me for a while now and I've just been wasting my time trying to find the right moment to tell him." Sakura said.

"Don't think like that! It'll all work out I promise!" Her father said.

"I believe so too! And besides, when does he leave? " Her mother asked.

"Around nine o'clock. Why?" She enquired.

"It's only eight thirty-seven. Maybe you could go catch him huh?" Her mother encouraged.

"I don't know. You think I should go?"

"Yes!" They said in unison again.

"Alright I'll go see if I can catch him before he goes." Sakura said and got up from kitchen stool and grabbed her keys.

"Good luck!" Her father said as they both smiled proudly at their daughter.

"Alright." Sakura's said starting the car up. " Let's do this on the last time." She said and left to Naruto's house.
