"Push!"

"Ahhh!" Sakura screamed out in pain. She squeezed her husband's hand harder and harder each push much to his dismay.

"Ah! Sakura-chan please..." He pleased.

"Sorry but it's yard to focus on your pain while in pain my damn self!" She  screamed in frustration.

"Ok Sakura," Dr. Watanabe called to her. "Give it one more big push ok?"

"Ok ok ok. One more push. One...one more." She breathed out.

"On my count, Naruto help me." The doctor said.

"Uh sure sure!" He accepted.

One!

Two!

Three!

"Push!"

"AHHHHHHH!"

After, the baby could be heard crying loudly. Sakura released her grip around Naruto's hand and fell limp. She was still breathing heavily all while trying to keep her eyes open to see her son.

"Sakura-chan you did it!" Naruto looked down to his wife. "You.... Sakura-chan?"

A faint weak reply came from her lips. "I'm... I'm still here. Just tired."

"That's.... Just hold on Sakura-chan. Just wait a bit then you can rest." He said with tears forming in his eyes.

"I'll try not to....fall asleep." She declared.

The doctors finally finished cleaning the baby and wrapped him.in a blanket and approached the couple. "Congratulations you two. Your healthy beautiful baby boy is finally here."

The doctor gave Naruto the baby first so Sakura can garner her strength back. He took hold if the baby and almost cried looking at him.

"Hi um.. I'm your father... I'm Naruto." The baby reached out to his father. A little taken aback, he attempted to touch his face when his little hands grabbed hold of his finger instead.

'Oh my God.... He's so adorable." He thought.

" Let... Let me see him."

He gave her the baby and watched as Sakura swooned over their third child.

"Hi. This is your mother, Sakura." She whispered to him. Tears started to fall down her face. "It's so nice to meet you."

The baby whined a little but overall was quiet. She looked over the baby's features. "Aww you have my eyes. And a grumpy little face." She giggled. "And your hair... Naruto."

"Y-Yes?" He'd spaced out watching his new born son and wife meet fir the first time. He approached them. "What is it?"

"His hair... Babe his hair is-"

"Just like mom's. He... He has mom's hair! That's so awesome!" He shouted in excitement. "I can just imagine if she saw this...."

Sakura lightly laughed at her goofy husband's antics. "She'd love it."

"I apologise, I don't mean to interrupt anything but...do you have a name him yet?" One of the doctors asked.

"Oh? We'd almost forgotten! Honey get the kids!"

"Oh uh right!"

"Are they done yet?"A four year old Hanami asked her big brother for the fourth time today.

Shinachiku sighed as he had grown tired if this question. "I don't know Hanami."

"But we've been here for hours!"

"Don't worry Hanami," A deep voice interrupted. "You'll see your little brother soon enough.

"But uncle Sasuke I wanna see him now!" She whined.

"Then I guess theres no need to with any longer huh?" A voice from behind said. Both children gasped.

"Dad!" They said in unison and ran up to him. Naruto in response picked them up and hugged them.

"Come on, you two have a little brother to meet." He, the children, and Sasuke went back to Sakura's room. As they got closer, Naruto released his children and directed them into the room.

"Mom!" Shinachiku called to her. Sakura turned her head to the door and smiled. "Come on in and see."

Right outside the door, Naruto and Sasuke talked.

"Hey thanks for watching the kids for me."

"No problem. Believe it or not I enjoy kids, especially yours."

Naruto smiled at his best friend. "I know."

Sasuke shot a smirk back. "Now let's this baby of yours."

"Oh Sasuke! He's beautiful! He has Sakura's eyes and my mother's hair!"

"Wait, he has Kushina"s red hair?"

"Well kind of, his is a little darker but yeah! Isn't that cool!"

"Yeah I guess it is."

"Ok." Sakura interrupted. "Now that everyone is here, we can finally name the baby."

"Oh uh yeah! All three of you guy's baby names were great I mean Hanami with the macaroni name is just-wow! But there can only be one winner name and that name is.." Naruto trailed off.

"Please be macaroni please be macaroni..." Hanami prayed.

"Arashi."

"Dang it!"

"Nice." Sasuke complemented. "Very nice."

"Did you hear that?" Naruto asked. "You're going to be called Arashi."
