Spider-Ninja notices the mechanics of Vulture's suit. The power source of the suit is on his upper back. Spider-Ninja runs straight at him as Vulture flies straight him. Spider-Ninja jumps up when he's two feet away from him and does a corkscrew with a sword in his back. The sword cuts a slot in the power source as he twist and prepare his landing.
The Vulture instantly falls to the ground hard. He's knocked out cold. It's just Spider-Kid and Carnage. Spikes come out on Carnage's arm and fly across the battle as he swings his arm. Spider-Kid limbos as they dart towards him.
