"Oh no, I'm too late," Carnage says enraged. "I'm gonna kill you until you're dead!" The three are confused, wondering what just happened. Spider-Boy heads out to see what could have caused it. Carnage throws symbiote stars at Spider-Kid and Spider-Ninja.
Spider-Kid ducks, jumps, and corkscrews to avoid getting cut or worse, absorbing his symbiote. Spider-Ninja takes out his sword and swings it rapidly and effortlessly to cut the stars away from him. Carnage's symbiote peels off onto his hands as it forms a ginormous sledgehammer. He swings it at the two. Spider-Ninja jumps up and uses a grapple to get up. The sledgehammer hits Spider-Kid against the wall.
