Where does the moon hide all day?
I search in your eyes, I wish, I pray,
The sunbeam laughs. "It's no child's play."
"You'll never find out till you're old and gray."
I seek it in your smile, my only sunray,
The light in your eyes never lets me stray
Sometimes your laugh shines without delay,
Your heartbeat within me guides the way,
I don't miss the sun or the moon anyway,
Only the mystery that haunts my long day,
The moon's surface barely mirrors your ray,
But I'm determined to find it, come what may.

P.s. For some mysterious reason , Poetic Rants is ranked #421 in poetry!! I guess that's flattering since it's the least updated story I have XD I'm still grateful though 😀❤❤
