We got to the Avengers Building, and stayed in the alleyway. Amira had her backpack on with her stuff in it, including a photo of her and Bucky. Amira never let go of Buck. She knew this would be the last time for a long time to stay with him.

"It's time." I sighed. Bucky held Amira tightly, and rocked her back and forth.

"Независимо от того , что я всегда буду любить тебя ." (No matter what, I will always love you.) Bucky said to her. I felt myself tearing up at the interaction. "Я вернусь к вам . Обещаю."(I will come back for you. I promise.)

"I love you Daddy." Amira said back to him. The two held each other, as if time had stopped. I missed the warmth of a Father's love. It was like someone was there with a shield to protect you.

After awhile they separated and Amira looked at me. I know she didn't want to be around me. I killed in front of her. But Nat will be back soon, and everyone will be better again.

"Amira, do you remember what I told you to do?" I asked her. She nodded and walked out to the side walk.

She stood in front of the Avenger's Tower and then walked inside.

"JARVIS!" She yelled. "WHERE IS MR. AMERICA!"

I knew that was the end of it. JARVIS would call the others, and the big reunion will take place. I turned to Bucky, who looked more heart broken then ever.

"You Know how to ride a bike?" I asked him. He nodded. I dragged him over to the covered bike. I had it from the day I found Tyler's body. I threw the black tinted helmet at him and he caught it. "I direct you."

Once we got to the place. I took of my helmet, and gave Bucky a hat to cover his face. We walked inside and the sting of old people filled my nose.

"Oh, Mr. Rogers' girl right?" The girl at the front desk asked. She had the old nurse uniform on with bright red lipstick.

"Yeah, is she awake?" I asked. The girl nodded and pointed down the hallway.

"Yup, Room 146." The girl said. "She seems very lucite today."

"That's good." I smiled. Then I looked at Bucky. "Come on James."

I pulled him down the corridor. He was so lost, and confused. Lots of new things for him today so I understood. Once we got to the door, I puled Bucky to stand in the middle of the door way.

"Stay here." I told him, then went into the room deeper. I smiled as I saw her face, and her knitted blanket.

"Hey Peggy, do you remember me?" I ask her. She gave me a large smile.

"Of Course I do, Mika. I would recognize that beautiful face anywhere." She said to me. I blushed at her words. "Is everything alright?"

"No, its not." I sigh. I look at Bucky, who is just stand there. "Come here."

He doesn't move. His whole body tenses at me, which I understand. Trust is something he still hasn't fully formed. I get up and grab his covered metallic hand.

"It's okay. She's an old friend." I tell him. He looks down, but slowly moves his feet. I get him in Peggy's line of sight, then closed any open doors and shut all the blinds. Peggy seems confused, so I go over and remove Bucky's hat. Peggy gasps at the sight.

"Barnes?" She whispered. Bucky looked away and shuffled awkwardly. "You...you fell."

"HYDRA." I tell her, and I see Bucky wince at the name. "They found him and created the Winter Solider. He's like Steve."

Peggy smiled, and I saw the tears in her eyes. It wasn't pity, it was happiness. I nudge Bucky, then look at the chair by Peggy's side. He slowly moves over to the chair and sits. She reached her hand out to touch his face, but he flinched.

"You're alive." She whispered with amazement. "Steve must be so happy."

"Peg, he can't know we are here." I tell her. She looks at me, bewildered by my comment. "He is wanted by the Government."

"Steve would protect him." Peggy defends.

"I get that, but he isn't ready to see Steve." I say sternly, so she understands the severity of this. "I came because we need your help."

"What...What do you need from me?" Peg asked confused.

"I need a way to get Bucky across the ocean to a safe place, with no one knowing." I explain. "I thought you may have an connections."

Peggy sighs then looks up at Bucky. Her smile was warm, and I saw Bucky begin to grown one as well.

"There is an old jet at a hanger in Brooklyn. If you give them to codeword: Cold, they should give it to you no problem." Peg said.

"Thank you. Buck, let's get going."I say to him. He nods and we begin to leave. "Peggy, please do not speak a word of this to anyone, especially Steve."

"I will probably forget it by the time you leave. My messed up brain won't hold it." Peg said. I was shocked at her words. "I know my condition. It's just a matter of accepting it."

"Bye Peggy. I'll see you soon." I say to her. I place Bucky's hat back on and we leave the Nursing home.

With a sliver of hope.
