IN APRILS TRIGGER

It was pitch black, the only thing to be heard was my heartbeat. It's
rhythm slow and steady. Something shifts in my mind and a picture
surfaces. No, it was a video. The faces were blurred but I could make
out some noise.

"Don't go!" A child's voice pleaded and a blurry plane took off.
Another video plays, this time the child was at a doctors office, her
black hair a mess all over. The doctors slowly put her to sleep, you
could see them messing with her brain. Removing memories. It played
clip after clip, until I finally realized that these clips were my
memories.

They took them was I was little...but why?

The clips stop suddenly, but I presence enters. Energy flows through
my veins, buzzing. Then it felt as if something was shaking the bars
of a cage, the cage being my body, trying to get out. I used energy to
keep it in, too afraid to let it out and meet it. It surely was a
beast.

I ignored that new development(too tired to question it)  and focused
on something else. A light in my vision, it kept on getting closer and
closer until I could make it out.

I could see sand, footprints everywhere in it. Then a motions started
to come in, but I couldn't feel them, I could see them. I focused in
on them, one at a time.

Regret. There was a feeling of regret towards deceiving someone.

Anger. There was anger towards a secret teller, someone who kept
changing their plans.

Exhaustion. From running so long.

Happiness. Towards one person who brought light onto them.

Sadness. Towards someone they barely had seen before, and would soon leave them.

I couldn't make out any other emotion, but I soon reached the persons brain.

The person I could see through their eyes brain.

That sentence didn't even make sense.

Nothing does anymore.

I get bored watching everything the person does.

'Hello' I call out boringly, not expecting a response.

Confusion was the only emotion I could see now, the person heard me, and was confused too. I could hear their voice speaking to their buddies.

'What's going on.' I ask loudly, my voice ringing through the brain, echoing.

'Hello' I staticky voice breaks through.

I knew that voice....it was Brady's.

Why was I in Brady's brain?

Amelia's POV

My feet hit the ground at a steady pace.
My beast allowing me endless energy. We were rounding another bend, the camp only five miles away. April was still in her trigger. I felt bad because I ruined the plan(only partially though) but April was confused and wouldn't follow any direction if she didn't know anything.
