To Viridian Forest We Go

"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!"

"Misty, what's wrong?" asks Ash.

"A BUG! It's a gross bug!" Misty screaches, hiding behind Ash, "See...?"

She points to a caterpie. Ash follows where she's pointing.

"Aw, a caterpie," Ash coos , "Its so cute."

"DONT JUST STAND THERE! DO SOMETHING!" Misty freaks out.

Ash walks up to the pokemon and kneels in front of it.

"CATCH IT!" Misty orders.

Misty backs far away from them.

"Hi caterpie," Ash smiles.

"You can speak pokemon?" asks Caterpie.

"Yeah, it's a long story. I was wondering if you wanted to become my friend?" Ash questions.

"Aren't you just going to catch me without asking me? Why are you asking, most trainers just capture us," wonders Caterpie.

"Because it's your choice. So, do you wanna be my friend?" Ash asks holding a pokeball in front of caterpie.

"Ok!" Caterpie touches the pokeball and lets himself in.

"MISTY!" Ash yells excitedly.

"WHA!?" Misty cries as Ash starts swinging her around with him.

"I HAVE A NEW FRIEND!" Ash grins.

"That's great, Ash, just keep that THING away from me," Misty cringes at the pokeball.

"Why?" Asks Ash confused.

" 'CAUSE IT'S A BUG. BUGS ARE ONE OF THE THREE MOST DISGUSTING THINGS!" yells Misty.

"Besides you, what are the other disgusting things," Ash rolls his eyes.

"Carrots, peppers, and worst of all BUGS!" Misty informs with a mallet.

'I wonder where she got that from,' Ash sweat drops.

"Well, I like Caterpie!" Ash scoffs.

Ash lets Caterpie out of his pokeball.

"See, isn't he cute?" Ash fanboys, holding it up to Misty's face.

"GET THAT DISGUSTING BUG AWAY FROM ME!" Misty screams, backing far away from them.

Ash frowns.

"She thinks I'm disgusting..." Caterpie mopes, tears forming in his eyes.

  "I don't think you're disgusting," Ash smiles.

"But..." starts Caterpie.

"Maybe she'll change her mind," Ash countered.

"Maybe..." Caterpie decides.

"Let's go over," Ash offers.

They walk over to Misty...well Ash does, Caterpie races over and starts nuzzling her leg.

"AAAAAAAAHHHH GET THIS THING AWAY FROM ME!" Misty shrieks.

Ash walks over and frowns, "Misty, can't you just give him a chance? Can't you see he wants to be friends?"

"No its disgust-" Misty pauses mid sentence when she sees Ash pout, "Fine..."

"YAY," Ash beams, "THANK YOU, MISTY!" Ash hugs her.

"Uh...yeah..." Misty stutters, blushing, "It's late out we should get to bed."

After Misty goes to bed, Ash gets up (he was fake sleeping).
