IDEA: The reason Remus loves chocolate so much, goes way back. He didn't like it before he became a werewolf, hated it even. But after he got bitten, he started eating because he thought it'd kill the wolf, seeing a s chocolate is poisonous to dogs. He grew used to it, and started to like it, but still this small part of him hoped it'd free him.
SUMMARY: One of his famous trademarks, is Remus Lupin's love for chocolate. Everyone knows you've got to hide your chocolate and protect it with your life if you plan on eating it yourself— and everyone assumes it's always been that way. But even after all this time, Meg Cadwallader is still amazed by the amount of chocolate Remus buys each time he enters her sweetshop in Diagon Alley. But the more the young witch sees Remus, the more she suspects there is a more dark reason behind his obsession than just having a sweet tooth.
