Chapter 03

Ariana's pov  (rain^)

We walked to my car after debating whether to take my car or his, after a good 5 minutes we've decided on my car he sat in shot gun while I drove of course, I wouldn't let anyone drive my car, ok that's a lie I would probably let him drive if he bugged me enough but whatever

*skip drive and rain babbling on about how we are nice and a little small talk *

Stephen kept looking at me while I was driving it made me a bit uncomfortable but I enjoyed it at the same time, I pulled into Air Time and rain almost fainted " I've never been here before Thank you so much" she said already hopping out the car I smiled at her and got out myself and grabbed her hand. Stephen walked in before us so he could open the door as we walked in all eyes were on me then to rain then to Stephen they all fell silent " what the hell" I said to Stephen " don't worry bout it" he said smirking I gave him a weird look " uh ok?" I said to myself we walked to the cashier thingy and I paid for rain and me and Stephen wouldn't let me pay for him we took our shoes off and we wanted to jump in the trampoline park first.

We've been playing tag for about 20 minutes and I got tired so I sat down at our table and rain and Stephen came and sat by me. People looked at him weirdly and I wanted to know why so I asked " hey Stephen why does everyone keep looking at us/ you so weirdly" I asked looking at him " It's nothing don't worry about it" He said back looking back at me when he did my cheeks heated up and I looked away at rain she had already gotten up and went to play " so since rain is your friend where is her parents?" He asked I sighed " not sure I met her today at the park she seemed lonely I don't think her mama cares about her that much" I said sadly looking at rain and smiled watching her play. He stared at me "oh..wow so are you going to take her home after" he asked me sounding sadder than me I looked at him " yea.. I mean I'll have to I can definitely see if her mom will let me babysit her even if I don't get any money" I said smiling " "you are such a good girl, Ariana you probably shouldn't hang out with dangerous people like me" he sighed " what do you mean by dangerous?" I asked giving him a look of 'what the hell are you talking about' "nothing" he sighed and watched rain I stared at him and he smiled as he watched rain fall to the ground from laughing too hard at something "ok then" I said to myself

About a hour later we left air time and I was getting directions from rain to drop her off home. Once we got there I unbuckled and got out of the car I looked at Stephen expecting him to get out too "what?" He said looking at me with a smirk "aren't you coming" I said to him In my duh tone "uh ok I'll come " he said getting out of the car I smiled to myself. We all walked up to the door and I knocked "coming!" I heard someone say "why can't I just stay with you and Stephen" rain whined I looked at her and rubbed her hair " you can if your mama let you" I said giving her a sad smile as soon as I gave her a smile the door opened and a women that looked like she was on some sort of drug open the door in nothing but a bedsheet " what do you want" she said looking at me to rain and then her eyes landed on Stephen "oh hey" she said trying to push her boobs out and fix her hair that looked like a mess I felt a little bit of jealousy but ignored it because he's not mines "um I was bringing rain back home but if you are busy I can babysit her for tonight and we can exchange numbers and you can call me if you want to get her back" I said quickly because she kept looking at Stephen like he was a piece meat and she was starving animal  " yeah I don't care but who even are you" she said giving me a look and sighed " I don't have enough money to pay for a babysitter " she said looking at rain " it's ok I'll do it no charge " I said " ok " she said and closed the door for a couple of minutes and came back with a princess backpack and her coat that looked pretty worn out " thanks" I said taking the bag and coat out of her hands "Yea whatever bye " she said giving Stephen a wink and closing the door " how did you get her to do that so fast Ari?" Rain asked with big eyes " I'm not even sure myself " I said giggling " can we get a move on darlings I kinda need to go to work" Stephen said "yeah let's go " rain said grabbing Stephens hand and dragging him to the car with that I walked to my car and got in starting it and driving to the café. Once we got there Stephen got out and gave rain a hug and gave me a smirk " what's you're phone number darling?" He asked "it's ***********" I said giving him my number "ok be carful bye Ari" he said getting into his car and speeding off "alrighty then lets go " I said to rain and we drove to my apartment that my parents bought me they bought me it because "I'm responsible or whatever but it's probably because I kept eating their ice cream also my parents are kinda rich so yeah" I'm only 17 going to be 18 in a couple days I don't see the need of a apartment but I'm not really complaining

*Skip drive*

We got to my apartment and I opened the door it was clean so the was good " are you hungry" I asked rain " um yeah" she said to me " alright are you allergic to anything" I asked her " nope " she said putting her bag down on a chair "ok well I'm going to make pasta" I said to her "ok thank you Ari" she said giving me a hug. She's so adorable

*skip pasta making*

We sit at my table and eat the pasta I learned from my moms chef "this is so yummy" she says "thank you" I say back "so are you and Stephen dating?" She asks I almost spit out my food "no I can't date someone like him he's way older than me " I say after she smiles and eats I run a bath for her and she does whatever  she needs to do after I take a shower myself and get into bed I have a extra room so I let her use it after I got comfy I fell asleep thinking about my day.
