Chapter 4: The Annoying Newbie
Nakatutok ako kay Ma'am Willmae habang nagtuturo ito. Again silent and peaceful day, but I guess it isn't. I can feel it because it's not really my first time, so I guess something will happen or someone may caught the attention of all here. I just can feel it.
It's been a week since Miss Jenny's attempted murder case happened. And she was quite fast on recovering.
Sir Joey was really obsessed to Miss Jenny as well as her necklace. Pero aside sa worth ng diamond nickel necklace ni Miss, I think may ibang dahilan si Sir Joey eh. There is more than worth on her necklace.
"Okay, let's proceed to the other topic which is about the upcoming Halloween Party!"
Halos nagsigawan na ang mga kaklase ko dahil sa narinig. That would be an exciting. I am hoping then.
"Hey Selene! Favorite mo diba ang Halloween Party?"
It is Gyeong who pointed me with her charming look. She is really a cheerful one.
"Oo. And I hope this would be an exciting event." sagot ko.
I am really expecting to the whole SSC in our campus, and also to the Artisan Guild. Alam ko namang malalawak at matataba ang kanilang mga utak pagdating sa ganito eh.
"Yeah. Sana nga ay maganda ang kalalabasan ng SSC sa campus at ng Artisan Guild sa Halloween Party." puna ni Gyeong.
Di ko na lang siya pinansin at nagpatuloy na sa pakikinig kay Ma'am.
"So ganito yan, the whole SSC and Artisan Guild will unite for our Halloween Party na gaganapin mismo sa ating Auditorium. Naisip nila na mas maganda kung ang Senior High at College ay gagawa ng booth pero wag kayong mag-alala, may mga SSC at Artisan Guild naman ang aalalay sa inyo. So what would be our Halloween booth? Any suggestions will be decided by our sections geek Min, Selene and Gyeong!"
What the! At isinali pa kami ni Miss Willmae? Aish, hinding-hindi ako makakatanggi sa kanya especially that she said she always have a big expectation raw kuno sa akin maging kay Min at Gyeong.
And geek pa talaga? Geek is suppose to be for those who are mentally keen and ingeniously made. And I'm not a geek. I'm just a detective.
"Boo I know what you are thinking. Geek is really for us, wanna know? Because you can't be a detective if you're not an excellent geek and mentally keen. Being a detective is also about mindset."
Hindi ko na lang siya sinagot. Napadako naman ang tingin ko kay Ma'am na kasalukuyang may kausap sa labas na lalaki. Kaso di ko masyadong namumukhaan kasi nakatalikod ito. Napansin ko namang linalapitan na kami ng mga classmates namin.
"Hey Min, mas maganda siguro kung Fairy booth tayo, right? Fairies at mga engkanto." narinig kong usad ni Shin at nang napalingon ako rito ay nakahawak ang kamay nito sa leeg ni Min.
Hindi na ako nabigla pa. Aside of being the useless President in our section, siya pa ang lumalapit sa mga boys with her dazzling flirting annoying way. Tsk. Hindi naman bagay akala mo siya na ang pinakamaganda.
"Hoy Selene, nagseselos ka ba?"
Napasamid naman ako sa tanong ni Gyeong. Ano ba naman ang iniisip niya?
